Do NOT rent from here. I picked up at 0821am and returned at 5pm. They accepted the return and told me they would “send the invoice to my email tomorrow morning” as the computer was “shut down”. The next morning when I went to review the emailed invoice they charge me for not only a full days rental but for two consecutive days ! Disputing the charges was a nightmare... I called Sound Advice of Hattiesburg, MS (the rental dealer site) to review the charges and after literally 20 minutes janiyah (one however you spell her name), the uhaul representative (the exact one I RENTED FROM THAT MORNING), denied the charges and said she “didn’t know why” I was calling. Again, after approximately 20 minutes (or longer) she finally agreed to return a portion of the money taken from me for the 2 day rental I was charged however she would not give me an estimated time for reversal nor would she say when to anticipate the invoice. She then abruptly hung up on me. To UHaul- there are plenty of educated well-deserving individuals whom need jobs. Why would you waste your time, effort or pay on someone who clearly poorly reflects the company such as Janiyah. Nikki

The location was perfect, but uhaul didn't provide them with all of the equipment needed (2 furniture dollies and wrong size truck)

Tell customer everything I got explain my paper to me because I can't read my truck was on 116th full I was told to bring the truck back at 1:16 but when I went to get my deposit there was $30 taken out my deposit because the truck was not at 1:40 is not my fault that I was not explained to everything so I'm very disappointed and this and not to mention that that $30 of that $100 was a part of one of my bills I will not recommend uhaul to anybody

I placed my order on-line and used the quick check-in form on-line. When I arrived to p/u the trailer, it was as though I had not filled out any info. I was asked for same info I had already completed. I was at the p/u location for 35 minutes.
