Timothy JohnsonThe truck we had had a flat tire. We wasted an hour or more just driving from place to place trying to find an air pump with the correct fitting. Wasted gas and time. Also got a call the night before pick-up that they didn't have all the equipment we asked for, so made a substitution, that ended up not being ideal. We needed what we ordered.

Dawn PotterI would not recommend the check in on-line through the app feature. I've never noticed this location from the front of the strip mall. I had to drive around back to find it. It was a little creepy as a single female at 6:30am in the back of a shopping area. The lady that helped me when I returned the truck was very friendly and helpful, that is the only reason I said I would recommend to a friend. I would not recommend for a female by herself.
Susan CuttoneThe trailer's wiring was broken when I picked it up. The manager suggested I pretened to be ignorant if I got pulled over. When I asked him to fix the equipment he said he owned the trailer but wasn't allowed to fix it. I called roadside assistance and they fixed it.

I drove almost 4 hours to be able to load up the furniture that was needed to move and when I got there the truck was too small because of the footage over top of my head that is considered part of the Box truck and I was under the impression that the Box truck itself was really 26' and able to load 26' with the dimensions included of furniture or items and with that being said I had to turn around and come back with nothing so it cost me 800 and miles almost I believe plus $40 A-day for a truck that I couldn't even use because I was told I couldn't get my money back So I drove that in the 1st day and then it sat in my driveway for every day after and I didn't even use it so I paid over a $1000 for absolutely nothing I'm furious and I will never use u-haul again

I’ve used uhaul for household moves, temp seasonal moves, military orders changing my station of duty, or something as simple as using a pickup truck or van to transport furniture etc. This location was the best I’ve ever been to!!! The owner and his office manager were beyond friendly and made sure to accommodate my needs as quickly and efficiently as possible! The check in/paperwork/payment process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced!!! I was in and out in 5 minutes! Every uhaul location should be like this!! No improvement needed. 5 Stars

felizitas lorenzWe really enjoyed the experience. We needed the van to pick up some whiskey barrels in Cincinnati. We popped into the rental center and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and informative. He helped us with the remaining paperwork and escorted us out to the van. He took time to show us the after hours drop box and explain how we can even rent vehicles now all on my phone with the mobile app. The van was really nice and had a HUGE amount of room inside. We will use this location again.

David ThomasThe location staff were wonderful. The vehicle itself was not, so unfortunately, we probably won't rent from them again. The back door opened just fine when I was on the lot with it, but when I arrived at my destination, I couldn't get it open. My team using the vehicle over the weekend were also unsuccessful in getting the door to open. The cab was mostly clean, but there was a significant amount of food crumbs on the floor, and more food trash in the passenger side door.

He also spoke to us in a very demeaning way. It wasn’t clear where we were supposed to go, as there is no sign that the Uhaul trucks are there.
