Make sure that the vehicles are in proper running order (with keys that work) prior to allowing customers to drive off lot. This vehicle was dangerous and should not have been allowed to be rented. Poor customer service from location! In over 3 hours of trying to call the location during business hours (and leaving one message for an urgent callback), they neither answered the phone nor called back. However, the U-Haul 1-800 customer service people were outstanding!

This was a disaster and a nightmare. I was given a truck at closing and the gas and mileage were significantly different from what my contract, she emailed me said. Since she was already gone the only thing I could do was take a picture of the gas and miles since I was dripping it off after hours. I did just that, took pictures at pickup and then again at drop off. I was charged for all those miles that I did not use the truck and for all that gas they said was in there, but wasn't. I've tried calling and emailing them SEVERAL times but nobody will return my call or answer my emails. I have screenshots of 45+ calls over the last three days and of all the unanswered emails I have from the last three days. I will never step foot into another uhaul again. This was my first and absolutey last, time. If someone is reading this an acknowledgement that this was received would be great.

The check out process was hard for me, the validation code would not allow me to check in through the online system. I arrived at the location promptly at 7:30 within my 10 hour timeframe window. But it ended up taking an hour to try and trouble shoot the hassle of not being able to access the online account to prove that the gas/mileage and condition of vehicle was secure. I had been up since 4 am that day, and couldn't check out, I called customer service but by the time we got a code I had already been there an hour and I had dropped the key in the door to leave and couldn't access the mileage on the truck. After a long day of moving, it was pure torture trying to deal with a tech issue. This was through no fault of my own and I was charged extra because I couldn't access the system, and prove that I was there by 7:30

Christine was very helpful and friendly but I had to sweep the truck bed out which was filthy and the windshield was really dirty . There was a chunk out of the back tire on the side wall as well .

I reserved a furniture dolly and a utility dolly and we got there and they didn’t have any in stock. We got completely screwed as we relied on U-Haul for our move but got screwed big time!

I was overcharged initially by more than $50. I called back and was told to be refunded for the overcharge but was only refunded $35. The truck was dirty and the service at the location I picked up from was less than helpful. Every time I call the local location for my refund or for any means for that matter, no one picks up the phone. Horrible experience.
