The dollys and furniture pads I ordered weren’t in the truck and it was a mobile pick up - the location was closed. Also, almost everyone I spoke to at uHaul trying to get help wasn’t helpful and was rude - I got hung up on twice, too. Terrible experience overall.

The high beam lights or point up in the air, The last truck prior to this that I got the lights went up in the air. And the Bluetooth didn't work. I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me other than that. The truck ran great and yes it was nice and clean when I received it.

Keishia HI was told I could keep the truck and turn it in before the end of the day, which I did. Yet I was charged 2 days instead of the one. I had the truck less than 7 hours yet got charged a 2-day rate, double for a hand truck I didn’t receive (ordered and paid extra for the appliance one and got a regular one). I will be disputing this.

When making the reservation I made it clear I was going to need a dolly, boxes and tape when I picked the van up, I was told they would call me and tell me what location to pick up at instead I received a text with a address and phone number. When arriving and realizing no one was there I tried calling the phone number given to see if I was in the right place however no matter how many times I called they ignored the call. I had to sit out side and wait on hold for 2 hours with U-Haul customer service to finally get someone to help me out and give me the code to use the truck. It was a horrible experience!

Hieu MMake sure some Knows what the fuck is going on and how to take care of a customer that is reserved a U-Haul and they get the rat trailer not the wrong one I have to ask the same questions 15 times to get the right fucking answer is bullshit I am make sure that if someone puts the pick up on their U-Haul and you change it that you send a notification to them so they don’t go to the wrong fucking place

kedeshia vThis location is also a used car dealership, an auto body/mechanic shop, so the Uhaul signage and overall appearance was not clear. The entrance to the Uhaul office was also not clear, and because it doubles as a mechanic/auto body shop, the ground was black and greasy probably from motor oil. The office did not represent that of a typical Uhaul office location. The operator of the location however was very curteous, but he did not go over the truck with me prior to handing me the key. The lift gate was extremely difficult to open, almost as if it was sealed shut, I had to have 2 additional people to tug and pull up with all of our might in order to get it open. The truck was very clean and full of gas and fairly new just one year old, but I could have used a little lesson on how to use those mirrors.
Carla BLocations are often combined with another business. I would rather deal with a Uhaul center.
Make sure the employees know how to do their job.
