This was the third location trying to get the truck I had reserved. The first location did not have what I had reserved so they sent me to a second location which was an unprofessional environment and the guy "watching over" the office had no idea what he was doing. I was sent to a 3rd location which finally had the truck the first location should have had. This was the worst experience with Uhaul.

The pick up location was good. I do not recommend U Haul because of problems with the reservation and problems on the road.

I was originally slated to pick up my reservation at Southeast storage but was then switched to Campbell Lane in Bowling Green, Ky. When I arrived at the B.G. location I was told my reservation had been moved to Scottsville, Ky. 17 miles away. I then called Southeast storage and they said their equipment was already rented, after some haggling and promising to cut an hour off of my move time they reluctantly rented me the truck. DO NOT be fooled, this is NOT an acceptable resolution to a problem I did not create it is merely a minimal solution meeting parameters that are within the margin. I have heard horror stories from others who have rented from U-haul and their resolutions were not acceptable and I can see now that I can be counted among infamies favored few especially having to deal with what appears to be a broken system full of mis-communications and rife with mismanagement. You have got to get on the ball U-haul.

This location was fine, but not at all what I was promised by customer support. The employees at this location were helpful and went beyond expectations to help me, but I should have never been referred to them in the first place.

Truck broke down while we were at a gas station to fuel before returning. Waited 2 hours for service and it w as the gear shift that locked up. I have to call road side service 4 times because the time frame they kept giving us was inaccurate. Worst service I have ever received. Would never recommend or use U haul ever again.

The cargo van was PERFECT for moving a dining room table set and a few small pieces of furniture. The ladies at this location were very helpful and provided insight to help with the move. Highly recommend!
