Horrible experience. Reserved a truck for 1:30pm Saturday and the truck was at the location with no key available. When I inquired with the location they said they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t get a hold of the person in charge of delivering the key. Waited over an hour and a half to finally receive the key and the truck didn’t come with the dolly i paid for. I was told the location would be closed that night when I return the truck until Monday and to leave the key in their mailbox but I wouldn’t be charged for extra time only the miles. The truck was used for 7 miles and Monday comes and I have an additional $208 charge on my account on top of what I initially paid for the reservation on Saturday for “extra days”. Would never recommend their services to anyone.
