I overpaid $10 in gas and was told U-HAUL does not refund money for gasoline which is very unfair! All trucks should be full in gasoline before renting. I am not happy with U-HAUL!!!!

I reserved a 20' truck for the next day and your website said the only place there was a 20' was at the above location ... then I received an email telling me to go to another location. When I get there the next morning to the new location all they have for me is a 26' ( which won't fit where I want to take it) so I have to take off another day because there really was never a 20' truck ... horrible customer service

Don't charge mileage and GAS to much

Truck was old and tires were very worn, did not do well in the snow. Check engine light came on while using. Uhaul location personnel were very helpful and friendly, had truck warmed up and cleared of snow when I picked it up.

Better employee knowledge and maintained operating hours. Was not open at time of visit and lost two hours due to lack of employee knowledge of computer

The person who,assisted me did not tell me that UHaul was charging me $211 extra (after I commented that everything was paid up front) when the UHaul computer told him that I did not have any system mileage credit for a one way rental.
