Your app continues to have issues. I don't know if it is iOS or just a poorly designed app but I'm thankful the company was open when I went to pick up.

There was no drop box for the location being closed. We had to stay an extra day at the location to the tune of two meals and an extra night stay at the hotelbefore we could turn the van in. The person at the drop off was put off by the fact she had left the door unlocked and I let myself in at 8:05 am. The Uhaul sign was hidden in the bushes and not visible from the street as well.
