My 20’ truck was exceptionally loud. I have driven many U-Hauls in the past and this one must have had a problem that made it extremely loud. If it wasn’t a driving hazard, I would have worn ear protection in the U-Haul. I had to nearly shout to talk to the passenger next to me. The employee who I returned it to noted how loud it was. The check engine light came on a few hours into the drive. It went off a few hours later. It then came back on the next day and stayed on until I returned the U-Haul. This was VERY concerning as I had a 23 hour drive with thousands of pounds of household items. I was often no where near a safe place to stop. The engine problem may have contributed to the exceptional noise level.

Choosing the Truck Share 24/7 option shouldn't relocate the pickup location to a non-manned site if there are closer, manned sites with the same requested vehicle. This site was the second location I wasn't sent to after the remote location truck didn't start and Southern Truck Outfitters was extremely helpful and understanding when I arrived.

Andrea MI rented a uhaul at 10:30 am from this location, returned it approximately around 6:30 pm the same day; the location was closed. Upon receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged for two days rental and two days insurance. I don’t know if I was overcharged for mileage bc unfortunately I didn’t check the mileage myself. I called this location and was told I was one of the ones that was effected by a glitch in their system and I’d be refunded I’m 24 hours. After 72 I attempted I notice I had no refund. I called the 1-800 number & was told a refund amount was NEVER requested. The issue is now being investigated but I better receive my refund?? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I’ve been dealing with uhaul for years and have NEVER experienced this type of issue! But they better return my damn money!!!

Andrew LWe loved the truck (10ft) we rented. It was quick, agile and able to get into tight spaces. Unfortunately it did not come with a ramp, which made loading heavy oversized items difficult. The double bumper also made loading a challenge, due to the double step up required to get into the cargo bay. Great truck, that is absolutely the right size, which only needs a ramp to be perfect.
Mary Tturn in of equipment was good, I had extra boxes that wasn't used in the move that I wanted to sell back, not happening at this location, now I'm stuck with about 15 extra large boxes that I will further clutter up my area.
joe rI called Uhaul 800 number because all the location's were closed and actually I ordered a 25 foot because I was told that the 26 was alot more than the 25 foot , I went to pick it up and I was told that the person on the other end had reserved a 20 foot truck , I was upset because we had to make more trips so that means we we're charged more miles .

But it was very easy to get the truck into the area to be dropped off and when I called to find out the holiday hours the person was very friendly & explained the procedures.

john jThe rep from the enterprise location on hwy 134 was very rude & unprofessional. The location I made my reservation didn’t have the size truck I need so I had to pick it up at a different location. I requested insurance b/c we were traveling over 300+ Miles oneway and when my husband picked up the truvk I received an ema with an incorrect amount which was minus the insurance. When I informed my husband he called back and the rep stated that she took it off and that she will add it back if he brought the truck back. I called b/c reservations was in my name she told me My it was on there but my husband declined (which was not true) and she was very nasty with a smart mouth. I don’t recommend this location AT ALL!!
VERNON mI felt that I was over charged I was qoated $1200 plus dollars Before insurance And when I said I can't afford it She said that oh the price just changed To 900 plus dollars and when I was checking the week prior I was told $450-$550 From there to California ! So at 9 miles to the gallon the entire trip cost me about $2000 minus hotels and food Don't get put into a situation that you get bent over the table!!!
