this location left an outstanding balance of over 1600 miles when they dispatched the vehicle to me. My time with the vehicles was 6 hours and the online return wouldn't even let me complete the transaction because it said I had an excessive amount of miles of 1800 which would have me driving at an average speed of 300 mph for 6 hours straight. The vehicle was filthy with spilled coffee everywhere, the smell of cigarette smoke, someones personal belongings still on the seat. The vehicle was dispatched with 1/8 of a gas tank; I returned it with 1/4 tank and was charged. I have been trying to talk to customer service and keep getting disconnected either while someone is talking to me or while I'm waiting for a representative. The dispatchers told me I didn't need to do a pre-trip inspection when I asked for a form or something to fill out. They did not check my ID nor request my reservation number. The vehicle had 35 psi in the right rear tire and around or below 70 psi in the other tires. The vehicle has a warning about its stability system which is noticeable when driving; the vehicle bounces constantly over bumps and relatively smooth roads.Dillon L.

As noted in the comments elsewhere, it's not easy to find. I didn't see a street sign for Mac Street so had to turn around twice ( because Hunt Club is a divided highway) to get there.Cheryl S.

The truck that we rented was overbooked so the owner of the rental location helped us out and gave us an upgrade. Unfortunately the truck we were given had an issue with the battery so once it was loaded it wouldn't start. We had to keep the truck idling for the entire time we had it rented because we were worried it wouldn't start again. Had trouble when we had to turn it off to get gas - had a really hard time getting it to turn over. The owner at the location we rented it from was very accommodating and has also included comments on our file for uhaul. We are waiting to patiently to see what type of compensation uhaul is going to offer for all the trouble we had with our truck rental.Bryce B.

The guys at the location were excellent and if you are in that area I would recommend going there! My complaint has nothing to do with the location itself, we should not have had to drive 40 mins to drop off the truck, especially since we were given a huge truck we didn't need or ask for and had to drive 40 minutes to pick it up as well. Scheduling needs to be improved. Uhaul seemed to be so concerned with the reservations before and after us but not ours at all. We move yearly and always use Uhaul and this was the worst experience by far.David R.
I was charged extra for gas when I returned the car at the same level as when I got it. I have the pictures to prove it I will be calling uhaul to try and sort this issue out when I can.Firas I.

The person in charge of renting the uhaul was very helpful and easy to work with. Uhaul did not provide me with the correct equipment, I was unable to fully move my house because of this. Therefore I'm rating uhaul for poor experience as they were unable to provide me with the vehicle I needed backed by their â€œguaranteed reservationâ€.Brandon C.

The location and staff were helpful. However I had an issue with my rental. I rented the 10' truck. Upon arrival to the move location, I discovered that the truck did not have a ramp. This was not written or communicated to me. The lack of a ramp made the move very difficult. I ended up driving more to look for a ramp to rent from Home Depot. I also ended up paying extra to rent a ramp. I am very unhappy with my experience and I would like the cost of the rental refunded. A moving truck should Come with a ramp, and if not, this information should be clearly communicated to the customer.Mahmoud A.

Furniture dolly missing. They asked me to take a smaller truck but then supplied the truck as per my reservation. It was late being ready for pick up. I reserved at a different location but uhaul dispatch called me the morning before and I had to go out of my way to get the truck at this location. Very nerve racking having reserved well in advance of my move and not knowing if a truck would be available and not getting my correct rental equipment so I had to rent a dolly from Walmart.Christopher F.

When I picked up the truck, the person at the pickup location filled out that there was 9/16 of a tank of gas. There was 5/16 of a tank. Thank goodness that when I picked up the truck I took a picture of the dashboard with the gas gauge and the odometer showing so I could prove your pickup agent made a mistake.Mark S.

Mac St. is slightly difficult to reach due to its location off Hunt Club but the 2 gentlemen there who helped us were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'd go back for the service alone.Aysenur U.

Truck share 24/7 didn't work, I was on hold with support for a while while waiting outside in the cold at night. No fault of the guys at the location, they were really helpful in the morning and I'd recommend just going when they're open. They'll get you on your way quick. The U-Haul 24/7 truck share service itself needs work.Khalil A.

Didn't realize that the vehicle was from the US. I had some difficulty at first with the speedometer until I realized it was in miles per hour. I think it should be mentioned at the time of pickup. Other than that everything was perfect.Frank C.
My booking was set for 7:30 after several telephone conversations to arrange fir a proper truck andblocation. I arrived at 7:25 but nobody showed up until 8am.Toufic N.
Absolutely disgusted with U-Haul. I originally booked for another location however I was contacted by an agent to change locations to ensure I could use Truck share 24/7. All that to be said, I showed up at 7 am to get my truck and was promptly informed I had to wait until 11 for the store to open. Arrived at 11, and was met by an unprofessional kid who kept calling me boss. Did not have any of them items I reserved ready and didn't even have my dolly available. I was told my 20 blankets were in plastic bags, 6 per bag. I grabbed 3 bags and 2 additional blankets....... 20 blankets right? Wrong! There were 14 blankets and they tried to charge me for the additional once lost. The last and worst part of this, was when I picked up the truck, there was a big pile of sh** on the rear bumper. All this led to a measly 50$ refund on my entire order. Uhaul needs to figure it out, terrible customer service and organization.Korri T.

Extremely cooperative. The man at the drop off location even took me airport with his own personal vehicle because the taxi i called never showed up . If it wasn't for him , i would have lost my flight .PATRICK V.
Nice people at location but the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Summer tires were on the truck in mid winter (February). I got stuck in the snow and ice twice during my trip. I had a bystander pull me out from a downhill ice patch. All other vehicles had no issues. The tires were not only summer but also had barely little to no tread!! Luckily I did not have to drive into Quebec. Inside cab was distrusting dirty, greasy, pet hair everywhere. Worst Uhaul experience ever.Pasan F.
The gas was not at the level that uhaul states it will be at pickup, therefore when I put gas into that level at the finish of my rental, I was billed an extra $38.52. I am waiting for a reply from uhaul concerning this matter. Also, the wipers did not work. It was a long 100 km ride on slushy highways. The brakes were not good either. I reported this to the Cornwall uhaul at the finished of my trip.kenneth S.
