The staff seemed either too busy or disinterested. Upon entry I was not acknowledged. One worked stood at the counter totaling receipts with her smart phone, but offered no assistance with the pick up. Another associate talked on the phone with another customer but gave me a nod only after I waved my arms (after approx 4:30 min of standing). Later, a gentleman walked in from the back of the store to offer assistance. He was helpful with the pick up, even attempting to secure my choice of truck. As I entered the truck, I smelled smoke. The location is excellent, but I have experienced much better customer service at other U-Haul Locations in Lafayette and Bloomington.

Called and asked me about furniture wraps when they were neatly folded and returned. Charged me for gas after I put 16.00 in and returned tank slightly more gas than I picked it up with.

Everything was excellent. Please keep it up. Twelve years ago I made a decision to get a new Highlander with a trailer hitch instead of a pickup truck. It was a great decision in large part because U-Haul has been so great to work with when I need to haul something.

More staff on site! Jeff was great, he busts his behind....but there needs to be more staff to reduce wait times and smooth work flow. Computer software needs to be consistent from one work station to the next.
