Great little spot to rent from...mom and pop place friendly and nice.

Mark ENothing to do with this pickup site but Uhaul in general--its frustrating when a reservation isn't kept and you have to fuss around at the last minute trying to get a truck.

Ruben oMy pickup location got switched. Not convenient. The lights in the trailer flickered with bumps going down the road. The back roll up door fell off the track when opening the door all the way.

BRIDGT SThe people at the pickup location were friendly and helpful. The equipment was clean but not very well maintained, the paint and decals were faded and cracked, one section of the tie down rail was detached from the wall making it a bit of a challenge to secure my load.

JON LApp wouldn't accept my many careful attempts to take photo of mileage. App wouldn't let me proceed without it. Froze my but trying and that's my only complaint. Also the button to switch engine to tow setting was not always functioning. Thx

Jeremy SI did not reserve a return to this location as I feared it would by to busy. And it was. Be prepared to wait to turn your equipment in. They do oil changes there as well and you have to wait your turn. Between arguing customers over price quotes and a customer ordering an oil change I waited 25 minutes. This lady was doing an exceptional job by herself so no fault to her. I was just cutting it too close to the deadline. This all could of have been avoided if U-Haul had allowed me to return my Truck to the original location in my reservation. They apparently sent that change after I had left on the move and I did not receive this information until I had already gone to the location on my reservation. The operator on the phone at the National Headquarters was snide and unhelpful. I was bumping up against the deadline and she stated I would be assessed an additional day fee if I didn't get my equipment over there now! It just agitated me they didn't make me more aware of this change via voice-mail or phone call. I was only a short distance away but I wasn't from the town and wasn't sure if it was 20 minutes away. I told her it was shitty customer service. Other then that person my experience was very good and would rent from U-Haul again but be aware they could change details in your contract and not adequately inform you of that fact.
Randall HBe clear about reservations and confirm details before giving customers the keys. Also, answer the phone in a timely manner so maybe then next customer won’t be out $40 with no chance of a refund.

Joe Mbad service, they charge more than what they tell us, as clients we do not have to wash the transport because that is why we pay the rent, an unpleasant experience is theft, racism and abuse so far, they do not measure because they charged me so much. ..because they made me wash the truck if it wasn't dirty. I do not recommend to anyone.

DONNA PThe lady I picked the truck up from was so high on meth she could barely function. She spit all over the contract and charged me for insurance I didn’t need because my auto insurance covers rentals. When I mentioned to her the truck wasn’t full of fuel she said to just return it with what it has in it and I’d be fine. It took me 20 gallons of fuel to fill it before I could leave town and I only drove it 6 blocks to my house to load it. There’s no way I could get away with that at my drop off location so I brought it back full. It was a horrible experience. This is all after the truck I was supposed to get was a 26 footer and it was returned damaged which I understand isn’t uhauls fault but they gave me a 20 footer instead and a 6 foot trailer saying it would be the same about if room. Leaving out the fact that the trailer is half the height the truck is so now I have about a half a trailer full of stuff I have to drive 8 hours one way to pick up because it wouldn’t fit. Uhauls customer service is great but do not rent from this location.

Prescott BThe service was great and the trailer seemed to be maintained well, but the outside of the trailer was greasy and dirty. Perhaps it can be sprayed down prior to rental.
