The location is great, but the uhaul website needs work! You should not be able to reserve a truck if it's not available. Even though all trucks were booked, I was still able to reserve a truck for the same day. This is really frustrating when I'm needing a large truck and reserve a large truck but when it's time to pick it up there's only a small or medium truck available for me. If a truck is booked up, I should not be able to reserve it at all.Marcel B.

I had initially requested a 5' x 8' utility trailer. As the only utility trailer available was a 4' x 7', still did the job just took an extra load and time to complete my job. Location may want to get a larger trailer to accomodate larger jobs. Overall though, very friendly and helpful employees. Great job guys.Dan F.

My experience with Space Age Kal Tire is what made this U-Haul experience a good one. Without them it would have been a nightmare. How the hell can you allow equipment to be reserved and, then, tell the customer "well, no, we won't know until the day before whether you will have to drive 10 miles or 100 miles to pick it up"! Space Age Kal Tire saved your ass and you should be grateful.Jack P.
I haven't had a chance to contact the location, but I was charged for the insurance for the rental, BUT when I did the reservation online, I said no to the insurance and processed the amount without insurance. I was not asked about insurance when I picked up the unit. It cost me an extra $20 for a $30 reservation.Jonathan L.

I'd like to make 1 major complaint. I booked this uhaul because of the price. It was an excellent price to move my belongings to my new place. When I got my final bill, I was charged more than double what my quote was. That is beyond ridiculous. How can my quote be $58 and then when I pick up the uhaul truck it has changed to $98??? I'm very disappointed and I truly believe I should be reimbursed the extra charges you hid on meIan M.

The link to the key drop-off photo in the U-Haul return app showed a picture of an orange key drop-off box but there was no orange box at this location. It would have been helpful to have a photo of the Kal-Tire overhead door key drop as this is where keys had to be dropped-off through a round hole at the bottom of the door. The U-Haul decal above the hole was not orange and U-Haul was written very small so it was hard to tell this was the U-Haul key drop-off location.RICHARD L.

Clean the vehicle before or after each use! This truck was disgustingly dirty cookie crumbs covered the passenger seat and floor leftover food containers and dirty napkins littered the floor and cupholders. The headlight switch was broken and pushed into the dash. I had to fix it before I could drive! The passenger side tail light never went out! Weather the truck was on or off. I would never rent from this location again with out a previous inspection of the vehicle being rented to me. Also I wasn't given many options on truck sizes. I took this one because it was better than nothing. And had to make several trips to move. A larger unit would have suited me better and from what I can tell would have been less expensive. Anyway all in all I have been happy over the years using Uhaul. BrentBrent K.

Clearer instructions on where to leave key. The key drop off location did not fit the uhaul key with the big key chain. The online check in took us half hour to get done which means we essentially paid for half hour extra that we did not get.Dustin L.

Was told the vehicle would have Cruze control and it didn't. Last minute we received a change in pick up location which delayed our move and long haul trip by several hours. We were not Adequately compensated for this significant inconvenience. I was moving across country with big deadlinesRob S.
I booked a 10 foot truck about three weeks before pick up. Three days before pick up I called the distributor but they did not have me on their computer. Then I called UHaul directly and they didn't know why it wasn't in the system. The operator said that they only had a 15 foot truck, which was a much bigger truck than I needed. I needed a truck so I agreed to take it. The day of pick up there was only one 10 foot truck on the yard but I still was not in their system. However, they got the truck ready but two hours after the desired pick up time. In the end I received a truck but the process to get it was upsetting and stressful.Lester S.

Don't switch trucks at the last minute when the customer is about to drive away. Don't give a truck that has ABS and brake warning lights on along with an alarm and check brake system message on it. Frustrating to wait for hours on the phone trying to get through to someone at Roadside Assistance for the truck with problems I was just given.Stephen D.

Not accurate feedback as we arranged an enclosed trailer rental on McPhillips and just before go to pick it up we received a text saying that it is no longer available but we can have an open trailer. Had to contact the site and argue with them that we have to have an enclosed trailer and this is what was booked in advance. Said they had nothing. Finally found one but had to drive all the way out to Steinbach to pick up a trailer and return it there so cost and time to us was much more then anticipated. Poor reservation process and should be able to drop off unit at closest uhaul location.RAY H.
