Then he told me that he just will link the trailer and that's it, not even offering any help to bring my vehicle on the trailer. He just quickly connect the trailer and left. Never experienced such a poor service before.

Barbara KWhen reserving online, make sure the customer is aware that some locations you have to return the equipment to where you rented it from! Website should be updated to not allow a drop off location if it needs to come back to the same location. This is not common knowledge and can be very stressful to only find this out the day before when someone calls to confirm your reservation. The employees at this location were kind, patient, and empathetic to my situation.
Lindsey Etruck was ready for pick up with blankets on seat. did not use but they were there if needed. the explanation of how to determine how much gas to put into the tank was very helpful. returned an hour early and was checked etc - closed off without issues

David NCheck your equipment!!! My husband and son were nearly killed due to negligence on your company!!! A wheel bearing was gone ultimately leaving us stranded for hours! We incurred emotional, physical, and financial stress and hardship with this rental!!! Your company is horrible and you ultimately don’t ensure your customers are safe!!! Horrible experience!!! You should be paying for the entire rental I had to pay including fuel, meals, and motel costs!!!

David BThe 10’ GMC moving truck could use service. Steering wheel not centred. Side mirrors are fixed and not in proper position. Windows and mirrors were dirty. I had to clean mirrors. It was not safe to drive with such dirty side mirrors as they obstructed view. Loud wind noises from drivers door. Mechanically no issues other than heater fan speed switch is flakey and cuts in and out.
EBERHARDT TOver all U-Haul is a good company to use to move. Unfortunately we agreed to take a shared load with us. A trailer hooked up to the Truck we rented. Because of the bad weather condition we ask to leave the trailer in Calgary, because we didn`t drop of the trailer in the designated location we didn`t got any dollar amount and had to pay for the additional amount on fuel our self. The shared load system is definitely a rip off. They ask us to drop off the trailer near Surry, BC where my actually moving location was Kelowna, BC. Totally not on our road. My bad I didn`t now the road good enough and accepted the shared load. I would at least expect a portion paid out since we dropped it off more the half the way. For the next time I definitely know better.

Angelika GTruck had been used to haul animals. Feces and fur in the truck. Terrible smell. A/c didn’t work. Truck burned $50 of fuel to travel a total of 35 km. Service engine light on. Steering wheel way off Center. Very dissatisfied with the rental.

Cody BThe truck had problems. The truck would vibrate really hard around 90kms/hr. It made the ride rrally really uncomfortable. We had to drive like that for 1400kms

diane nDrop off location was closed so i had to try to do the online return vehicle process. The online process did not work, it wanted me to input end mileage in miles and not kilometres so I could not continue. I phoned Uhaul and they made a note of the return. I also took photos of the odometer pre and post trip for this reason, in case of problems. I followed up with an email to Uhaul explaining the problems with the online return. Including photos of the odometer readings and photo of proof of tank being full pre and post trip. This made things easier and now I can finally check Uhaul off my moving list of things to do and complete.

Artur TI was called the evening of pickup to confirm I still needed the truck. Due to the weather I was unable to pick it up Friday night but would pick it up Saturday morning. The person that called me told me that was fine. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that Uhaul had assigned the truck to someone else. Thankfully the staff at Kal Tire were able to supply me with another unit. It was smaller and required us to make several more trips. I am very happy with Kal Tire, very disappointed with Uhaul.
Steven PUhaul gave my truck away the day before we moved. Instead of a one way I had to return the truck 400 kms NOT IMPRESSED!!
MGE TWe have used this location many times and this is the first time we felt overcharged. We were charged an extra day cause they were closed Sunday when we returned it.
