Had an issue with not having an auto transport at this location like I had reserved. The manager at this location was extremely helpful to get it arranged so I could get an auto transport albeit from another location. But he saved me the headache of going through that and all the phone calls.

After being sent on a treasure hunt to find the uhaul we were suppose to receive (uhaul's poor planning, not this locations), we were finally sent here. The gentleman that helped us was really nice and had us out in no time.

The mobike process was very slow and the prices to add a few more hours is ridiculous. Shoukd not get charged dor entire day.

WOW - Zero wait - no lottery people, no waiting in line. They had a dedicated person to rent the Uhaul. Probably in and out in 5 or 6 minutes. One for the record books !

You can start by telling the renter that there is no such thing as an early return to lessen the cost of the rental. I experienced this ordeal the hard way thinking I would get a break if I return early, NOT! So, in the future I will plan to use it as long as I possibly can if I choose U-Haul.

Do to the location parking a trailer sucks it would be nice if they had a trailer dolly or lawn tractor to park the trailer for you

Being charged for gas when I left the gas hand where it was when I picked it up. I should not be charged $6 for gas when I left it where it was when I got the truck

I am otherwise happy with Speedi Lube except that I was pulled over Saturday night and this caused me to be late getting to my destination because the drive lights on the trailer did not work, resulting in our being detained for 30 minutes while the officer checked our information and tried to get the lights working but to no avail so we were told to go straight to our destination but when we got there they were closed so we had to unload Sunday morning rather than Saturday evening. Norman at Speedi Lube had us run home to get our light connector and according to him all was working when we left but he tested our signals and brake lights, not the running lights which would have saved us this hassle.
