BRYAN PProvided a vehicle knowing the check engine light would come on, but did not inform me ahead of time. This caused a huge issue with turning around and being charged for double mileage and I am not impressed. They also registered the fuel gauge wrong at pick up and drop off, adding $83 to my one day truck rental. Unacceptable. I was also charged ($10) for a dozen moving blankets when the bag on the blankets said it would only be ($5) for 6, since there were only 6 blankets in there.. I will think twice before using U-Haul ever again. P.s. Always take your own pictures!!! U-Haul app does not save your photos for review, so take your own at pickup and drop off. ALWAYS.
Jessica DWe drove 12 miles round trip put fuel in the truck and they still charged us more then they were suppose to. We had the truck turned in way before it was time to be and we only had the truck for an hour and a half and we were charged 80.00 they charged us 15.00 for three gallons of gas we didn't even use that much

david cCouple things. First would be that you advertise the truck I rented as a 15' box. It is only 12' plus some over the cab storage. This is important because I had several 14' items I had and couldn't transport. Second I opted out of renting any additional equipment but yet there was a dolly and moving blankets attached to the inside of the box taking up a ton of space and the only way to remove them is the break the seal and hope you don't have to dispute any charges from doing so. Uhaul really should revise their strange and misleading marketing tactics so people transporting large items like ladders, carpet rolls, pump jacks, siding, or anything else that requires over 12' of floor space.

Michael RThey were getting ready to leave when we arrived to pick up the trailer. We were running a 1/2 hour late (1:00) but they were supposed to be open until 2. When we dropped the trailer off, the entrances were blocked by other U-Haul trucks and we had to park it along the edge of the road. Also, when we dropped it off, we could not get connected to do the return through the app and there wasn't any other way to return it. We were able to connect to the internet so if there was a way to return items that way it would be a good idea.

Tarelle IThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. The truck was older and the turn signals were intermittently inoperable, which made navigating the interstate tricky. The options in the truck are non-existent. You should get more creature comforts for that mileage fee.

Robert NYour 24/7 website/app truly sucks. I could not get it to work either for pickup or return. I could not even find the things that it was directing me to click on. I could not get past the location page for return. It told me to share my location setting and then gave faulty instructions for doing so. I give it an "F". You do not graduate and must go back and take 7th grade over again.

JOSEPH FI arrived for the 24/7 check out of the vehicle before store hours. There is no parking before the store opens. I was guaranteed a truck for the 24/7 pickup, but unfortunately, the vehicle was not ready until about an hour and forty five minutes after my scheduled reservation. The staff are friendly, but it did take a bit of time to get the truck I was guaranteed.
