This location was a gas station and the clerk didn't know how the u-haul process worked. She claimed that the guy who normally does it was away for a while and that he had explained to her how to do it once before he left, but she had never actually done it before. She attempted to check in the truck, but she couldn't get it to work, then she tried to call the guy who normally handles it and instead of walking her through it he told her not to worry about it and handle it later. So she told me I was good to go and that it would be checked in later. A few weeks later I found an email with a link to my receipt with around 75 extra dollars charged to it because the gas level had been reported as far lower than it was when I dropped it off, and the mileage was increased as well. Someone had obviously used the truck and lied about it, but I took pictures of everything before I left the truck with them so I had proof. I had to send these pictures via email in order to have the charges refunded. So in summary: the gas station where I dropped this off had no idea how the system worked and tried to scam me out of money. To call this a bad experience would be a huge understatement. I'll never use u-haul again, there's obviously no oversight and the entire process has been offloaded to the customer instead of u-haul having adequate employees to handle their business.

There was no computer inside for them to rent the equipment. The worker at the counter called the owner on her cell phone, and I had to talk to this guy over the phone to verify my information. I never even signed a rental agreement, he signed it on the screen for me (which I didn’t know until I saw the rental agreement email). Hardly think any of this is legally binding.
JARRETT HVery helpful, very friendly and very personable. We will definitely rent from this person again providing we need to move anything.
Lafrinia CThe location is disgusting and I had to wait 45 minutes for help. The attendant didn’t know how to do anything with my reservation and had to make phone calls then I had to talk to someone over the phone so I could finally leave. It was a bad experience and I would never recommend anyone having to deal with it.
Brian PThe owner did nit know what was in the truck, It was full of blankets but there was no dolly. He did not know this. We had to find out ourselves.
Linda AMake the store's ability to process the pickup online easier.
andrea tWhen I arrived no one knew anything about my reservation or how to access the information. They had to call someone to come out while I waited for 1 hour for him to arrive. Very poor service!!!
Phillippe PHow about treating your customers better and taking their complaints seriously. I’ve been waiting on a call form an area manager that I was told to call me today and here it is 9:30pm. I was over charged and lied to basically. Horrible experience. Never again will rent from uhaul
Ashley AThey had NO CLUE how to do their job and get me the car hauler. I spent 2 and a half HOURS there and finally got it done only with the help of Richard Taylor an area manager. These folks need traing! Also, I was quoted a price of $116 and was charged MUCH MORE. What us this, bait and switch? I'll contest this extra cost with my credit card company as I feel U-Haul padded the bill without my permission.
jerry rThe location is new to renting U-Haul, please be patient as it took time for him to get us on our way. The truck had a weak battery and needed a boost. Overall, it got the job done.
