First, we had to drive an extra 30 miles to pick up the U-Haul we ordered on-line from the location we needed. and asked for. Second, there was no ramp to load our heavy items. This may have been our oversight but we were quite taken back when we went to load. Being seniors this was impossible without help of a few men we had to gather at the last minute.

Preferable to rely on the attendants as opposed to using the app, imo.
Steven SandlebenIt’s small but the staff are very friendly and great to work with.
Chris CrandallNothing at this location, however; the app didn't function correctly and it took almost 30 mins to upload my drivers license.
ROBERT STEADGreat customer service
Robby BronsonFast, friendly and accommodating
Ken SelbyI don't know if i just had a bad day or what but the whole experience was not what I expected. I had a rough move, granted we cannot ever expect weather to be perfect for a move from one home to another and while mobile uhaul renting was convenient i had issues trying to get mobile app to work right, wasnt told the dolly would be in the front seat until i got in after reviewing the outside truck. I also when returning truck in a very cold wet rainy snow showering night because i work nights i had to return the truck as soon as I was done, got to the uhaul destination and did the returning procedures as explained. Went to park the truck in its spot and it died on me! After struggling numerous times to get a hold of someone from the customer service to speak to become my app was NOT responding, i was freezing, i couldn't move the truck, lady on phone kept asking the same question over and over are you sure the truck wont start? You sure the wheel wont move? You sure the key won't turn? I told her so many times no! That would be why im calling. She was a trooper though. I was exhausted from moving by myself, in the cold rainy day and go to return the truck it dies in fromt of speedy oilers on westside oil bays and where the key drop is. I was so upset. I cried. I thought i was going to be in big trouble to pay for something i had no idea that turned out to be a dead battery!!! The roadside gentleman was so nice so understanding. He helped me calm.down. Took care of the situation and finally after roughly 1 hour and 45 min of returning the truck i was able to leave returning the truck peacefully knowing it was a dead battery i did my part right! Thank you to the lady i was on the phone with at that time that she was super kind in her voice of my frustration and worry and to the roadside assistance guy who showed up earlier than the 30 min wait i was given. He was super cool. I think there should be clearer step by step guides on how to obtain the truck, and return the truck for women like me who are on their own and not knowing how to rent a uhaul! Lol. And a quick energency number to customer service for mechanical issues that can be answered asap on the dashboard of the truck along with the other stickers on the doors and dashboard. I had so many problems getting the app to respond and find the customer care number. But i wasnt overall completely dissatisfied. Just with the fact i was on a crunch time to get the truck dropped off and pick up my son in law at a specifuc time and i had to deal with that to find help for that. It wasnt an easy experience and i do understand not everything will go smoothly. I honestly think i was overwhelmed exhausted cold and emotional and the battery dying freaking me out added to it. Im not sure from.this experience what you might find that could be helpful for a possible issue like this again but if you need to use this experience as a learning curve im ok with it if not its ok too. Again your customer service lady did great handling my frustration and roadside assistance did excellent in showing up and knowing just what the problem truly was.
Ginger GranthamI wanted the 15’ to empty a rented storage shed. I drove by the day before and saw three trucks. I should have reserved the truck but did not. When I went in they only had a 20’ that was being turned in. It worked very well and the truck was in excellent shape, especially considering the mileage. Next time I’ll reserve the truck. The employee was very nice and efficient. I will remember this place if I need another truck.
Perry mcclainThey charge you $30 for gas, even after you return vehicle with the exact same amount!!
James CookThe app didn't work correctly and wouldn't let me check in but otherwise the experience was great!
Samantha MaysYou need to put a trailer jack on the trailer. I returned the trailer at the 4:45 pm but they close at 4Pm so how was i suposed to remove the trailer from my truck? Someones going to get hurt because your to cheap to a 30 dollar trailer jack on.
Daniel BenoitGreat experience! I would indeed recommend this location to a friend.
Jon JacobsThe owner was very welcoming and helpful!
Joseph EverittJust keep doing what your doing. It's not per-say the location, it's how small the place is. U got the customers and the location is great, it's just the size. Great customer service, friendly people 💯
kelly jonesThey were extremely helpful with everything when it came to figuring out what I needed!
Hunter MundyI was okay with the location until I got the bill and noticed that they charged me an extra day because I returned the truck an hour and a half later than the scheduled time.
Duane BennettNo complaints, thank you.
Michael AdkinsConvenient, fast, and friendly.
Joe Klemczewskinothing one of the best places to rent from its a 10 plus all the way.
john hoehnCancel this location. Lady was rude, I was there for 20 min waiting on her to pick it up, didn’t do walk through before or softer I dropped it off.. The lied about the fuel and charged me for extra fuel that wasn’t correct, had to go through 1-800 number to get it right and reimbursed..
Jason LewisNot much to say. The address was correct. I opened my reservation, the link was there plainly. I followed directions for self checkout, and left. Quick and easy.

michael hallDon't rent trucks that smell like weed or have ashes in them. We could have went to jail because of someone else
Marti PayneNothing! She was GREAT!
Donna WashingtonI was trafficked and never had a payment on file! How am I responsible?
Christopher MccartneyGreat rental location close to home. They had what I reserved and they were very nice from start to finish.
Anthony BoyerNothing comes to mind.
PAUL MARKHAMnothing, it was great
James ChristleyVery prompt service on arrival despite being busy with other customers. Friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Speedy Oiler West of Evansville.
MARTY PINKERMANThe lady that helped me was very nice and competent. The equipment I used was in excellent condition. The waiting area was shared with those who were waiting for their car to be serviced. A gentleman from the service area seemed to be annoyed that I was there. I’m not sure if he was uhaul or speedy oiler.
Benjamin BoyerThey were very attentive and helpful. OTOH, the U-haul self check-in app is useless, time consuming, and cumbersome. The staff at Speedy Oiler completed the check in effortlessly and quickly.
Vincent FrazierI WILL be calling 1-800-GoUHAUL as this experience went very poorly. We reserved a 20' truck very specifically to the needs of our stuff 3 weeks before our move; I even requested a 17' truck initially because we were concerned about loose items, but was strongly recommended for 20' anyway. We arrived day of to a 26' truck, claiming "the last 20' truck was just reserved 5 minutes ago". We had no choice but to buy ratchet straps and completely change our loading strategy due to the truck not fitting in our driveway, adding hours of time. Even worse we were still CHARGED for the 26' truck. It may or may not be this locations fault, but after a sharp bit of metal on the ramp also cut one of our movers legs, we aren't sure we will be choosing UHaul again.
samantha mackeyThey did everything they could to make things better even after it was no fault of theirs.
Virgina byrnsOriginally had a reservation at the U-Haul on 41 for 3:30. I showed up at 5:30 to pick up the truck just to find out there wasn't one available. Granted, this was TWO hours after my original reservation. After about 30 minutes of back and forth trying to figure something out, I was given a reservation at a different location. I'm generally an easy-going individual but found it very irritating that the location for my original U-Haul rental didn't even have the decency to notify me that there was an issue w the truck I had reserved. Took 4.5 hrs in total to finally drive off with a truck.
Larry MyrickEveryone was very nice and professional. Easy to check out and return
Dana JonesMake sure the tps light is off the dashboard next time.
Dustin PowellSusan was great
Ivan ReimerGreat customer service and equipment was clean and well maintained!
pam mcfarlandUhaul is committing fraud. They advertise .99 mile locally and .40 a mile one way if you go over your alloted millage. This information is on their website and confirmed by a Uhaul employee not at this location. I was charged a $1.00 a mile even that is more than a Uhaul employee and their website claims is the correct amount. When I questioned being charged an additional .60 a mile for my 36 miles over their alloted amount the employee at this location didn't know the contract that I didn't sign because Uhaul sent an email and text confirming my reservation and the amount and no mention of the overage cost per mile. The Uhaul employee at my drop off location didn't know why either they called corporate, corporate told them they didn't know to call my pick up location. When I called corporate the manager at corporate says no matter what is online or what a Uhaul employee says it's .99 a mile now corporate is giving there employees false information and they don't even know it and posting online false fraudulent information. They even charged me than the manager at the corporate office says their fee is. This company is committing fraud. The employees at both locations was very helpful, but both locations was left in the dark by corporate.

eddy olsonI contacted the agent there in the morning to make sure. She confirmed it at 3:00pm. When I arrived at 2:45, I was told that she would be in lunch between 2:30-3:30. I had to wait and had to call U-Haul to change my pickup time to 3:30. When she showed up, she appeared agitated because I didn't use the self checkout but I couldn't download the application because it took forever due to the very limited phone signal. When we approached the truck, she handed over the key and disappeared. There were questions I wanted to ask regarding the safe driving. No physical check up on mileage or gas level. I was on my own to drive out of the parking place. I believe she should have been available to answer any questions regarding the truck or operation. Not many people have driven a big size truck. When I returned the truck, she told me to leave the key and leave because she was in the middle of other business. I told her I wanted to walk through to check before leaving. She was agitated again. She appeared to be mad at me because I wanted to make sure everything is okay before returning the truck. I am concerned not only about the experience but also the safety for future customers.
