Kaleb MHad to drive 1.5 hours away to pick up. I scheduled a uhaul 1 month in advance to be picked up in Saskatoon. All they did was give me an extra day with the uhaul which I did not use. Absolute garbage and a huge inconvenience
Jordyn RI was told that in the 5 years of operating the U-Haul depot, the manager had never before seen a 5x8 drop ramp trailer. She had never seen the larger trailer that I had booked.

Bertha PIt is all about the reservation. I received a confirmation message of the pick-up location. However, after 2 hours they sent me to a new location which is 400km away from my address. The excuse was the family who rented the truck decided to extend the rent time to another day. Therefore, no truck is available at that location. I contacted customer services and referred me to the central department which did not help me. They offered $50 which they did not give to me with my new reservation. I ended up doing my moving in 20 hours. I am really frustrated and not happy. I do recommend people to look for a professional movening company rather than UHAUL.

gabriel sCalled drop off location to mention issues with the trailer. They where not too happy about that it was given that way to us. Advised their next customer to take a different equipment as they where going to service this trailer first. At this point we don't know if we would pick up a trailer in Swan River again. Might consider getting one from the drop off location (North Battleford) and haul it all the way towards Swan River just because of the unpleasant and unsafe experience at the pick up location.

DON BTruck was dirty but we were told we wouldn’t be charged extra when we brought it back. There was a miscommunication between the last time we rented and this time. We were told previously that if we paid in cash there would be no deposit. Then we were told we had to pay even if we had cash. We were told that it didn’t have to be exactly on the quarter tank and yet again this time it had to be. There definitely needs to be better communication between staff. The staff member veronica we had was very pleasant and apologized for the issues.
Helen SMore professionalism. The usual rep was swearing under his breath, f this and f that. Very unprofessional. Being able to troubleshoot an issue, without getting upset. Follow the uhual procedures and guidelines. The attendant didn’t do a inspection check with me, I noticed a few deficiencies with the uhaul and he told me that how it was returned to them so it should be an issue.

Merle WRental location is very good. People were helpful and communicative. But the vehicle i rented was not in a good condition. My journey was long. The vehicle condition was not as expected. Trucks tyre alignment was very bad. Always pushing on left side. In winter time it was very risky situation. Also the wipers was not cleaning properly. Overall vehicle condition was very bad. Price was very high. Charged me 730 dollars from north battleford to calgary. Got charged for 3days, but I didn’t need the truck for three days.

Sidney HAlways great customer service and they make sure that everything is correct (equipment related) before leaving their lot. The wait time for return is short and a lot of room in the lot to turn around safely.

kathy sCheck the condition of the tires. The tires on the trailer I rented needed replacing before I could take it. Also a check lust of when the wheel bearings were last greased. Staff were very friendly.

Rhi HA bit annoyed that reservation was confirmed and then had to get a larger unit as when we got their our reserved unit was not available. Was happy that we got the larger unit for no additional cost but we really would have preferred the smaller unit. Also better hours (later ie after work) at this location would be nice.

harvy wWe had requested a pickup location 5 minutes from our house but were directed to a location 150km away for pickup which resulted in an extra 3 hrs of driving. Location and staff were great, just slightly inconvenient for us. After driving the 150 km back home and starting to load the trailer, one of the tires was very low (13psi) which you would not notice until starting to load, due to the other tire holding it up. Does the depot check the tires?
