There was an issue with checking me in and getting the truck because of a system outage. The young man was very helpful, but he had to take a picture of my DL and debit card so he could run them later. He called me several hours later to inform me he got everything to go through and had deleted the photos from his phone. I have to trust he did that.

I rented a 10' truck from a location that is within 5 minutes of my house. The smaller truck size was needed due to space constraints at the final location. The truck pickup location changed to somewhere that was 30 minutes from my house. I was OK with this as it was more important to have the 10' truck. Upon arriving at the pickup center, I was allocated a 15' truck. This was very frustrating as I could have picked up a 15' truck at a much closer location. I ultimately used the 15' truck, but it was an inconvenience for offloading. The person I dealt with was very helpful and tried to make the experience better for me. I understand that truck availability normally drives these changes, but I wish I would have been given an opportunity to discuss prior to picking up the truck.

Gary CThe drop off location was pretty great, in a really convenient spot. The only "issue" that I would bring up is that it needs more lighting for U-Haul drops off in the evening. I used the mobile drop off and dropped it off after hours and it was pretty dark so more lighting around the area will help it feel more safe.

CHRISTOPHER SI drove 35 miles total I put in 3 gallons of gas this location ripped me off and charged me for another 5 gallons By my math that means your U hauls get 3 miles per gallon I would never use this location they are obviously scam artists and I will be posting the same review to Google

DAVID HLocation was Closed on a Saturday.....? it did not look like a U-Haul rental place.....glad we had the address and there was like two small U-haul trailers there......... the owners son was there getting something so he called his Dad on the Phone and assured us that this was the place.
