Great service and helpful
Marion Frances C.I booked online but still needed to get access to the keys. Unfortunately the location was closed. Fortunately, my contact, Sam I think, was reachable by phone. He took the time to remotely set up the passcode on the lockbox and guide me through getting the key. All went smoothly after that.

Michael C.My first Uhal experience is terrible. Again, it is my first time using Uhal. When i arrived there, it was rain pouring and nobody there. I am not sure if it is an unmanned station or just the person was out. I then dialed uhaul 800 number to ask for help. The helper was very kind and nice, and asked me to download Uhal Apps to get the instructions. (May be Uhal should alert customer to install this Uhal App first in the phone very up front). Then I need to go through the whole procedure to check out the rented van. The Apps did not work, it hanged at submit photos of myself and the driver license. It took me a lot of time on the two wireless phone. One using the Uhal App, another phone talking with Uhal 800 number. Then the helper finally asked me to use phone Web Browser instead (rather than the App). Then it worked. I can locate the lock box and the code to open it. BUT IT IS EMPTY - NO KEY. Finally I need to run around and ask the neighborhood if they know the owner of the place. I was lucky to find one who has his phone number. Then I called him and he brought me the key. All these things took me almost 2 hours !!!!. Something Uhal need to know and to improve.
Francis L.A better rate on km. The truck was disgusting there were ashes all over the cab and reeked like smoke. The truck had damage to the roof that had duct tape on it and water got into the. truck. I am very dissatisfied with this service. I was told when I booked that I could get a better rate if I talked to the dealer for that location they could offer a discount and the dealer had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention when i picked up the truck it was in a garage where the guy was on a couch with his laptop. I wasn't giver any paper work or a receipt and the inspection of the truck was not recorded.
