This buisness was really bad, concrete co.ing to the door was at least 3 inches uneven...I tripped and feel hurt my right side of my hip, cut up both knees, scrapped my chin. One man helped me with ba dages...my knees were bleeding, this was pure Negligence on ST.Croix Desil Co. I wonder if I was the first to fall? The truck was Filthy Windshield was full of bugs. And the I side can was also very dirty I'm a sixty year old women with disabilities..the fall was totally unavoidable....when I returned the truch they had put a rug on the concrete.....amazing. this is going to cost me a trip to the doc. Shouldn't be!!!!!Wendy R.

I had to drive a long way to pick up this trailer, but the awesome guys in the shop went the extra mile for me, my trailer hitch was so corroded they spent 20 minutes cleaning it up and made it work for me!! Thanks much, guys!!!Ann G.

I wanted to pick up the Uhaul in Eau Claire, WI. Was re-routed 45 mins out of my way to pick up., When I arrived, the door was locked. I was told by a mechanic, that JOE would be back. he went to pick up lunch. I waited a 1/2 hr. JOE was VERY helpful, however he had issues checking me in. He called Uhaul customer support a couple times to get the issue resolve.Christine S.

The truck was not cleaned properly from previous use. There was horse hair throughout, blood on the sidewalls and dried mud on the floor. Someone used it to haul horses/cattle and it smelled like it. Since we moved things from a storage unit, we did not have a broom or other cleaning equipment to clean it ourselves.Lori M.

I had to unhook and park the trailer. No one came out to inspect the trailer when it was returned. They did help cut off a lock that was stuck. But other than that it was the worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul dealer!!!Virginia R.

Original order online was pick up at True Cut Landscape at 8:30. Called me at 7:45 am that morning to inform me trailer was not available. Not ?? Totally threw my schedule off, people waiting for me. Had to go to St Croix Diesel to pick up. They were very helpful. Sharon JSharon J.

St Croix Diesel Repair is what it is a work facility. The sites major function is Diesel Repair. Sadly my truck had to be cleaned inside. Seemed like a local use truck vs. long distance. Truck year was 2011/12. Between the vomit on the seats and dash and the general dirt in the truck. I have pictures. This is not made up. I had my neighbors help wash the truck. This was the beginning of a really scary, expensive move.Bob D.

we had to change o tire out before i could leave, than 2hrs down the road I had to trade out the trailer for a different one because another tire was starting to fail...the customer servise was very good, the equipment was less than adequate..Paul S.

I requested a location that was closer to my house by 11 miles. I ended up paying 22 dollars more for the extra mileage. I was only notified of the change the day before.Dan H.

You can have the size truck I reserved on line at the location I requested. Otherwise it's pointless to reserve a truck, that's the whole point of reserving.Chaney K.

The location is not well marked/signed; we almost missed the turn for it. The driveway and grounds were poorly maintained; icy, wet, muddy. No one was there to provide guidance on where to put the returned trailer. No posted instructions about how/where to return it either.Joe M.
Returned items on Saturday Night, no action was taken to check in items and was charged. I had to call numerous times to rectify situation. All I wanted to do was rent a trailer for a day, not supervise the transaction history.Troy N.
I realize they were not ready for my rental, since my on-line rental was never confirmed and this was a last minute confirmation with Saint Croix Diesel. Had to wait over hour for the correct individual to set up the contract.Dale M.

I called and rented a trailer from St Croix Diesel. When I arrived to hooked up to it the lights on the trailer did not function properly. After they consulted with U-haul, they had me hook up to another trailer which also had some light issues. Finally after spending an hour or so, I rented a truck. St Croix Diesel said they would try to get me a the truck at the same rate as the trailer because I was inconvenienced. Apparently, U-Haul did not agree to that because I was charged full price for the truck. To St Croix Diesel's credit, they did let me take the keys for the truck two days early as I was moving on Sunday. I'm not sure whose fault it is for the malfunctioning trailer, but it would have been bad if I had picked up the trailer on Sunday when no one would have been there and I would not have had a usable trailer. This trailer should have been checked to see if the lights worked before renting it to me.JON T.

My original pick up location was Dans auto in Baldwin, which wasn't open so I couldn't get a truck. Would be nice if they weren't listed as a pick up location on Saturdays if they aren't available. St.Croix Diesel was nice enough to give me a truck right away, but when I went to pick it up they didn't have anyone trained to rent the truck. Took over an hour and they ended up taking my info and giving me he truck because they couldn't rent it electronicallyDarin A.

It seems lie everytime we use u-haul there is always a problem. This time we got text messages saying the truc was late and we returned it early, the place we returned it to didn't have a working phone so we had no idea what was going on..... i think next time we will pay the higher price and go with someone elsejames K.
