Employee was not knowledgeable and did not know how to find my reservation. Had to FaceTime co-worker to assist. Needed “proof” of my identity multiple time, still could not “find my reservation” In 2 degree weather. Very frustrating.
Robert BOnly problem i had was understanding the man who waited on me. His accent was really thick. Other than that everything was fine.

Alicia RThere was styrofoam and red liquid in back of truck. Was not made clear it would be a lockbox pickup. Would have liked to have been told that. Did not have dolly and furniture pads I had originally asked for.

Aunyai NTerrible customer service, but you all know that already. It’s never good let alone decent renting from here. Thank God it’s my last time ever needing uhaul thanks to Budget and Penske :) . First of all if someone selects a time for pick up that’s the time I’m expecting to leave with the truck. Not 30-45 mins later. You need to do verification an approval at the time of reservation not after! And make the keys available for pickup immediately after approval. I had to walk back and forth to different businesses across a dangerous road just to locate the keys! And I was given the incorrect info when trying to do so. Your customer service is a joke lol literally the customer service rep was laughing at me. I keep forgetting to go on the BBB website to tell your customers how one of your reps purposely hung up on me. Gotta be really desperate and doing bad in life to even apply to work at uhaul. I know the turnover rate is terrible. It’s giving “I can’t find a job anywhere else” vibes. It’s giving “no where else would hire me” vibes. It’s giving “does not require much skill” vibes. You can pretty much do what you want working for uhaul and not get in any trouble. I will keep uhaul in mind when I see panhandlers begging for change. Let me save the job link so I can have it ready for them to apply. I’m sure whichever representative reads this review will be so angered by it that they will try to retaliate against me for it. Go right ahead.

Randall LWhen we got there the woman wasn’t sure if the only truck in the lot was ours. But gave us the key anyhow. Check in was easy.
Alicia MOn my contract, the return address was closed (location business shut down). It shouldn't have been listed for a drop off return. The number on the paper was a non working number. The nber on the building was a non working number. Lucky there was someone working by and I asked them and they told me. I didn't like that.
