Upon first arriving at this facility, I noticed there was VERY limited parking. I opted to park in the grass behind another Uhaul truck which was a little daunting. Second, Uhaul did not assign me a drop off location, instead told me to call a 1800 number to find the closest facility for drop off. The hotline referred me to the Ronnoch location for drop off. After driving 7 miles out of my way to drop off the vehicle, which added mileage to the total fee of rental. The employees at the Ronnoch facility said my vehicle was due at a different facility and they had no record mine. The RUDE red headed manager ALMOST made me drive another 9 miles/ 13 minutes out of my way. I said I have been all over and was too angry with Uhaul to go anywhere else and refused to go anywhere else and pay for extra mileage. The customer support number said to leave it at this facility and this is where it will be left. They eventually decided to accept the vehicle. They did an inspection of the vehicle, which I commend them for doing their due diligence. But the facility I picked up the vehicle from did not do so and the Ronnoch facility ALMOST stuck me with a damage fee for damage I did not do and had no idea existed. I will never EVER use Uhaul again. The company is being managed into the ground. Moving made easy. More like moving made difficult. I will not recommend to anyone. Too much of a hassle anytime I use their services.

Make sure the inside of the vehicle is cleaned and smelling fresh, great customer service goes a long way so making the customer fell like they are getting their money worth and then some means everything.

It is advertised as 19.95 plus .69 per mile. I had the rental a total of 3 hours and was charged 82.00. I drove the truck to Beats Avenue and back. Just seems like a lot to pay when it’s advertised as 18.95.

When I first arrived I went inside to no one working. A guy came in and said that he was checking on a truck that the other guy would help me when he came back. I stepped outside to wait a minute as the guy was taking longer than 5 to 10 minutes. The second guy walked past me to go inside to assist two other guest that have not arrived I stopped him along the way and I asked him for my truck as I did online reservations. He said my truck was upfront and I was good to go. I walked up to the truck to fill out the information to check in he comes up and stops me tells me that’s not my truck asked me to come back inside. We are now 20 minutes into my reservation time and I’m still waiting to be assisted. At this point I demand to be assisted as I need the truck that I had rented at a specific time for a reason. The one gentleman rudely said that he would assist to me as he went to get my truck to bring it around to finally get me on my way 40 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. Will not refer anyone to this location in fact I will explain to them why not to use this location and the rude customer service that comes with it.

So the gentlemen that assisted me was professional and helpful however, as I was getting my receipt another UHaul employee busted in the door claiming "that lady is a liar" and began telling the other guy how she lied over some numbers. He wasn't even concerned I was there and he was basically trashing another customer. Perhaps a little professional conduct training is in order for this employee.

The individuals at the location were other then polite or helpful. They were almost annoyed we were there. We paid for one way (local move) because the location where pick up was not convenient for us. They gave us 30 miles for the U-Haul. I explained the first house was 12 miles from there and the new house was 28 miles. He offered nothing and just told me the price per mile after the originally 30. Basically I got 30 miles for the day. They didn’t have a drop off site on the one way so he called later and provided me one. Again I told him where the house was located and my drop off was another 15 miles from there. Again not helpful all. I ended up calling customer service who more nice and understanding. She gave me additional mileage and arranged a drop off within 2 miles of my new location. Again the original pick up and the attitudes were very

We were told to return the vehicle which we did, however, the truck was no clean when we received it. The truck was not in the best shape. The steering had about six inches of play in it, causing constant adjustment to stay in the lane of travel.

There was no explanation of the 24/7 pick up process. The representative was rude and unhelpful. Without warning the day before we were scheduled to pick up at 6am, the store changed the pick up to 9am without calling to inform us. The truck was dirty with sticky liquid spilled inside that we tried to clean. We will look elsewhere for our rental needs after this experience.

Have your equipment serviced. The trailer I ended up with had dry rot tires. Lost 3 hours in NC because of it. On the other hand your roadside assistance was very good. The dealer had no AC in the closet sized office where I waited with 5 other customers.

I wouldn’t recommend no one to that Uhaul he was very rude and impatient just for the simple fact that that he had a 15 foot trucks there so he sent me to a different location Then someone was returning a 15 foot truck so I told the person I rather take the one that they returning instead of driving 12 miles to get another one and he caught a attitude and he caught a fit and he started hissing because he didn’t want to cancel it thanks to the other employee that was there he helped me with no problem I wish I knew his name I forgot his name
