Owners tried to pawn off their craptastic rustfest trailers onto me. Wasn't having it. I declined their initial reservation and had them give me the only serviceable trailer on their lot. They were not happy about having to make the modification. Don't want to have to do twice the paperwork, don't try and give people crap equipment.

Anthony BThe driveway at this location has broken cement and huge holes. I ordered a 15ft it was not available the morning I was to pick up so they gave me a 20 ft and said they would only charge me for 15ft however I was still charged for a 20ft.

Tracy DThe automobile we used broke down on the way home and we were forced to drop off at the nearest location. They were not opened at the time, so I dropped it off among the other trailers and called the next day. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and took care of the return with very little effort on my end. In retrospect, I probably should've told her about the smell inside the uhaul so someone could've addressed it before this smell claims it's next victim. It may actually require a priest and an exorcism.

DAVID TFemale Employee had a very nasty attitude, no working telephone to contact about unauthorized bill charges after completing inspection of rental and verbally stating no additional charges to later discover charges were deducted from card on file. Very shady and unethical. This place of business should be reported to the BBB and closed down (it gives the entire U-Haul franchise a bad reputation).

Jerry GThis pick up location was very helpful and professional. No complaints about this pick up location. My initial pick up location in Greensboro was the complete opposite. They were unprofessional and rude. They did not have the truck where I was scheduled to pick it up. They just told me to call customer service where I also spoke with an individual who did not want to be cooperative at first. U-Haul did not want to accept the fact that they were in the wrong for promising me a truck in Greensboro that they did not have. They told me if I wanted a truck I would have to drive 50 miles. I had to do it because I needed a truck. I will be going with another company next time like Penske.
Caleb RNo service for mobile pickup . Store was closed during a day it was listed open online so no help for check out called customer service was on the phone for 2 hours before I could check the truck out and the truck ran bad and drove terrible

tom GI returned truck on Wednesday at noon nobody was there would not answer phone would not return call, had to call them to see if everything was good. Charge me a fee for after hours return and 2.1 miles over. Went straight from st marys pa to vestal troy over miles was going to star poor customer relations

Keith MWas charged for extra miles, I guess I should have checked what miles were allowed. I had to use the truck to get the hand cart and then 20 miles to turn the truck. I guess that wasn't added to the mileage allowance.
James Von the tow dolly i rented the left side strap assembly was a bit worn from use as I did make the Star Feed and Seed associate aware of the condition of the strap assembly. She assured me that it would be taken care of.
