I followed the text that I had received the day before drop-off and went to that location. I was told by the lady that I had to drop it off at a different location because they didn't accept trailers. Had to drive to the second location to drop it off taking up more time.DAVIDEDMUND U.

This was a no contact pick-up because the site was unattended. Unable to pick-up the truck at this location as the padlock could not be opened. The truck was older and filthy. We were forced to drive even further from our home to pick up a different truck.Thomas F.

My drop off location was inconvenient and had to drive an additional 30 miles total, when there was a Uhaul drop off location 3 blocks from where I was moving to. I was told that the location on cardinal way â€œwas not acceptingâ€ drop offs... though while I was there, a truck was returned.john V.

I was delayed moving into my apt by 2 days due to Covid-19 which caused a 5 hr delay getting the truck back yet your customer service rep chose to charge me a full extra day! I returned the car hauler on Monday, two days early so where's my refund for that?! I will not be using U-Haul in the futureDonna S.
For one let me start by saying this review is a reflection of my experience with Uhaul not the pick up or drop off sites. Uhaul as a company needs to take some accountability for: 1)Not having a rental the day you go to pick it up & 2) not notifying the customers within a timely matter if the reservation cannot be met. Both of these occurrences happened on different days regarding my reservation. So not only did you change my pick up location to 50 miles away from where I requested it, but the next day I drove the 50 miles in the opposite direction of my move you and you didn't have the truck until the next day(25hours later). Leaving me with driving an extra 150 miles and I lost the moving deposit I spent on movers and lost my help. This company cost me an extra $600 on the days of my move. If I could've changed companies between this situation I would've but because they never called me with notices of changes, I was left at there mercy.Never again will I use uhaul and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about my horrible experience. Also I had spoke to someone in costumer service requesting to have a manager reach out and I have yet to receive a call 3 days later.Jacob G.

Have the equipment i payed for when I go to get it i ordered it a month in advance and add called a week prior but when I went to pick it they said they did not have that trailer and there was none in Colorado so they called traffic and the lady there said she would get me a 10' truck for the same cost as the trailer but I have two vehicles she said she would include a car hauler when I went to pick up the truck they did not have my car houler I would have to drive to parachut about 30 minutes away I drove there while my family loaded the truck the man at the lot when I told him I had paid paid the lady in Grandjunction he said the hauler was not leaving that lot without him getting $112he called traffic and the man on the phone said to pay him and he would take care of it. When we got home I returned the truck and car hauler cleaned out and the put down for the miles as 1700 when it was 1800 miles the the man at uhaul here said they always get the miles wrong to the up. Wondering do I get my money back for the car hauler as agreed with the lady from traffic, I payed the $400 + dollars the the Uhaul in grand junction.carl T.

I was assured our truck would be ok left there, while we went to pick up our motorcycle. While we were gone, only for the day, someone store our trailer hitch off of our truck.Leslie L.
The actual location was great. But the fact that my reservation for a 20 foot truck was not honored, u-haul would not send one up with a driver from a location that did have one, nor would they let me take a "local one", and most of all... allowed me to get on a bus for 1.5 hours into the middle of nowhere (parachute) which dropped me off with no way to get to the branch to pick up the car, is absolutely ridiculous. I have written down my story and can't wait to share it all over social media and investigative reporters. This is the worst run company in the country and you prey on people because they have no other options. Shame on you.julie H.
