Upon return they wanted to charge a $20 cleaning fee for Auto Trailer. They said I could dispute this. I identified the source of the oil that collected the dust and road grime on front of trailer. Leaking brake system on trailer. I took photos of AT 8060M. And the leak area.Franz L.

There was no place to pull into . We have a minivan and were pulling a 12 ft. Trailer. We had to pull into a narrow driveway and block traffic to other businesses. We entered office numerous times seeking help. They apparently were not staffed adequately. Not helpful at all.Sharon S.
Trailer was perfect escept had to pay xtra for straps and or blankets. Otherwise easy. It would have been better if the location can handle one-way situations rather than making me call a separate phone number to set all this up.Russell J.

The phone-based check-in/-out process was broken, We couldn't find a button to check in within the phone app, so we went into the desk to ask for help. They *also* had never seen the app before, also couldn't figure out how to make it work, and then converted it to a desk-based check-in instead (with some difficulty). The van drove great while I had it. Then, when I tried to return it after hours, the phone app initially worked great and was intuitiveâ€¦until I finished the process. Then the only way to leave the "you're done" screen was the dismiss button in the top right, which then warned me I would lose all my progress. It didn't send me the transaction receipt until the next morning, and there was no indication within the app whether it was checked out or not, so it was confusing and stressful whether it had acknowledged I was done with the vehicle.Audrey T.

Would have been a meh experience except for what happened at the end of the day. We were overcharged for gas by a lot. The guy that helped us, Silverio was super nice and made sure we had a good experience. We took care of the rental, he looked out for us! very happy.Tory B.
