Wait time was 40 minutes to cet serves. We were not able to call them for help for roadside assistant. We add to clean the box ut was full of tim horton cups and mud. Once we returned thÃ© vÃ©hicule we could not receive full refund because thÃ© gas gauge and milleage was suppoinsly higher which was not thÃ© case (we havÃ© pictures with time stamps) we still need to pay 28$ for milleage overhaul we hated our expÃ©rience.Simon-Pier F.

Computer system was not working well, I did not see a contract, nor sign for anything. I had a reservation number and was told everything was on file. Got a text message later that day looking for credit card number. I did call in and give it to the uhaul station. If I knew I was going to get screwed in the end I would not have called back and give my credit card number.When I reserved the trailer I was told I could bring back to pembroke that there would be no problem. When I did bring it back there I noticed I got charged a day later from Wayne's in pembroke another $103.00 because I did not return to the place where I got it. Well if I knew that I could have returned back where I got it , and would not be near anywhere of the price he came up with. So I did notify my credit card company and they are cancelling the additional payment because I said I did not authorize it. Also I did not sign any contract with uhaul so very angry, and would never use uhaul again.Jaime S.

When the truck was given to me it was full of giprock rÃ©sidu in the cargo compartment in result that all my stuff got dirty. I ad teenager loading the truck and they did not told me. I asked for 12 moving pad and got only 11.pascal S.

Lucky I have done business with this location in the past and I have the owners cell number from previous rentals. You can not find this location on line! It doesn't come up in the Uhaul system either. This is not helpful at all in the rental process! It wastes a lot of time! Again Uhaul needs to get this fixed! I know this location have been renting Uhaul for at least 2 years. Just doesn't make sense... I told the agent about the straps, he apologized. Really there isn't much he can do about it. The straps are bolted to the the dolly so they are left in the elements. He process my transaction quickly. Uhaul need to fix the issue with the Mansfield Quebec location not showing up! It would have been much easier to just be able to drop it off the night before but again the location in Eganville Ontario could not input it as a drop off location because it could not be found.JASON F.

It took over an hour and a half to process. There was no one to help with my order... they had to be called at home to come. The attendant then spent an hour on the phone with UHaul to figure out the contract. They had no blankets that I ordered. They added insurance and storage to my order without my knowledge. No inspection was done to the trailer - it had damage to the right side.Robyn P.

I was expecting having a truck at 6.00 AM but I got it till 4.00 PM. I think you should respect time.
