Made a reservation weeks ahead to ensure a smooth and timely pick-upâ€”received a call right before closing hours the night before that my truck would not be ready on time and I would have to wait until office hours despite having selected the option to do self-pick up. Initially given a dirty truck (the back was left open and it looked like animals had gotten into it), second truck had light on the dash indicating that the left tire was at 0 PSIâ€”received no apology and was just given key to truck after truck before finally getting a truck that was bare minimum sufficient 1 hour later.jonathan T.
The facility grounds are unkept. There was trash around the parking lot of the facility. I noticed the trash was still there the next day when I returned the uhaul.Traci T.

was told the tank was at Full when i got the truck, though the needle wasn't at the Full line. bit the bullet and thought eh maybe it actually was full and the needle just doesn't touch the F when full. i was wrong. spent almost $80 on gas and ACTUALLY filled it to maximum. probably could've put $40 in and it would've been in yalls eyes â€œfullâ€. waste of money.EMILY F.

I went to Hemet location on State st. With reservation number and they could not find me in computer. So I ended up have to drive out of town to pick up another that was smaller than what I had reserved and it cost me more money with gas in my own car and the truck. Truck was very dirty and smelled horrible. It was also almost empty, which mean 2 trips to a gas station. The pads I reserved were not available. No even walked me to the truck, I had to go find it. Very bad experience, won't be back!Joseph B.
The associate was unfriendly and made me feel as though I was bothering her. It seemed like she didn't like her job. She also told me they were out of regular dolly's so she offered me the more expensive one, which I paid for, but never received. The trucks were damaged. The person at the counter didn't help at all. When she didn't have the items I ordered she referred me the a location 30 Times away! So inconvenient. Then she would even refund my money my money. I had to call customer service and wait forever. So I ended up doing a live chat. The live chat was quick and they gave me a refund but the Staxup in Menifee was awful!Brekida M.
Hire a new front desk employee, because the one you have now is incredibly rude. The last employee at the Holland Road, Menifee location was very nice and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you! Ps It was nice to have a new radio in the truck to listen to.Janine S.

Location is not pretty but it is convenient and the truck I rented was in excellent condition. I can't think of anything that would improve service other than perhaps to extend the office hours a bit. Using the return process on my smartphone was very straightforward and worked well.David K.

Ensure the equipment is clean and operable. The drivers seat could not be adjusted. The engine warning dash board light was on. The staff didn't mention until I returned to point it out, even though they admitted it's been in for weeks. Also, your online system allowed me to arrange a 9:00 am pickup appointment even though the store didn't open until 9:30. The clerk still made the return time based on 9:00.Jeff A.
The van I rented was almost new. However, the place I rented from was late to get to their office so I couldn't get to my vehicle by my starting renting time. Also, I put gas in my uhaul and they also charged me for gas and I went less then 40 miles. It's not worth the hassle to go here and be inconvenienced for such a small amount, try to find another place to rent a uhaul vehicle.Brian W.

Ensure the vehicle being rented online is there to pick up at arrival time! It wasn't the establishments fault but the online reservation system. I was unable to pick up the rental I had reserved online. Luckily, the representative informed me that there was a different unit the was available. It all worked out perfectly.Jose C.

The drop off was difficult. I returned at 245 pm and they were closed. They weren't supposed to close until 4pm. I already locked up the truck so returning through the app was a guess. I don't know for sure what the mileage was and I had key dropped before I knew I had to take the photos. Easy return with the app, but given I didn't know I needed to do that it was difficult.Elisa W.
