The trucks were damaged. The person at the counter didn't help at all. When she didn't have the items I ordered she referred me the a location 30 Times away! So inconvenient. Then she would even refund my money my money. I had to call customer service and wait forever. So I ended up doing a live chat. The live chat was quick and they gave me a refund but the Staxup in Menifee was awful!

Hire a new front desk employee, because the one you have now is incredibly rude. The last employee at the Holland Road, Menifee location was very nice and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you! Ps It was nice to have a new radio in the truck to listen to.

Location is not pretty but it is convenient and the truck I rented was in excellent condition. I can't think of anything that would improve service other than perhaps to extend the office hours a bit. Using the return process on my smartphone was very straightforward and worked well.

Overall customer service on the phone was good and friendly. However when you book a week in advance with a representative. You expect them thoroughly investigate if a piece of equipment is there.. Went to the facility in date requested not even one available. Waste of time and gas.

Ensure the equipment is clean and operable. The drivers seat could not be adjusted. The engine warning dash board light was on. The staff didn't mention until I returned to point it out, even though they admitted it's been in for weeks. Also, your online system allowed me to arrange a 9:00 am pickup appointment even though the store didn't open until 9:30. The clerk still made the return time based on 9:00.

The van I rented was almost new. However, the place I rented from was late to get to their office so I couldn't get to my vehicle by my starting renting time. Also, I put gas in my uhaul and they also charged me for gas and I went less then 40 miles. It's not worth the hassle to go here and be inconvenienced for such a small amount, try to find another place to rent a uhaul vehicle.

Ensure the vehicle being rented online is there to pick up at arrival time! It wasn't the establishments fault but the online reservation system. I was unable to pick up the rental I had reserved online. Luckily, the representative informed me that there was a different unit the was available. It all worked out perfectly.

Only 1 employee working on a Sunday morning. I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my rental. Vehicle had grease all over the door handle. I will not rent from this location again.

The person that helped me Was very helpful But she did forget to tighten down the hitch so when I got to the 1st stop sign ( about 100 yards down the road ) it popped off And the trailer slid into back of my truck (no damage) ...

The drop off was difficult. I returned at 245 pm and they were closed. They weren't supposed to close until 4pm. I already locked up the truck so returning through the app was a guess. I don't know for sure what the mileage was and I had key dropped before I knew I had to take the photos. Easy return with the app, but given I didn't know I needed to do that it was difficult.

Was disappointed that I was charged over my mileage, after being told my reservation close to me didn't have the vehicle and I had to drive 20 minutes away. Truck was half full and spent +$100 to fill up and wasn't credited the fuel I didn't use.

The truck I used was disgusting. It was dirty, smelled, had water bottles in it! It had not be cleaned for months! The $19.99 rental cost me $41+ for less than 3 hrs and less than 5 miles! I will never use this company again!

No secured parking for customers. Dirty truck, brakes not fully responsive and in the middle of the hot day air conditioner hardly blow any cold air. I had to turn it off and open the windows. Receptionist was professional and courteous ..

I reserved a cargo van to pick up after hours. I was called the day of the reservation and told this location did not offer this service, I was asked if I could pick up the van before 330, which I replied yes. Was then told at pick up since I picked up early I would have to make sure the van was back by 330 or I would be charged a second day ( I needed the van till a certain time which is why I reserved at the time I did). When I got in the van I was overwhelmed with the stitch of cigarettes, I thought these were supposed to be smoke free vehicles. The attended never did a pre walk inspection with me to inspect the vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back during normal buisness hours 9am-4pm the office was closed and no one was on site. When I called to speak with customer service there was an estimated 30-45 min wait time. I was able to figure out the after hour drop off process online to return the vehicle. Hopefully I will never have to use this location again. I will gladly drive to a location a little further away before I make another reservation at the stax up location in menifee.

Have a vehicle inspection preformed by rental facilities, especially now that gas theft is going to increase. How is average renter going to know there are more than one cap covering g a gas tank. That was not covered in your rental agreement or links sent after contract is sent The fas cap was popped off, prior to out rental, unbeknownst to us we were driving a vehicle with gas splashing out of the tank. This is a safety concern especially in a state in a severe drought. Anything can cause a spark and driving a truck that can explode was nit comforting, once discovered
