There was some confusion about how my credit card was charged for more than what was on my receipt. Even though it was remedied after my return, it did cause me some anxiety about using Uhaul for a truck rental in the future. Also. Why is it soon expensive now to rent a truck, I'll not be doing this again. It's not worth the inconvenience. Really felt price gouged

The vehicles need to be checked better I got a vehicle that broke down on me and cause me to pay for a service I couldn't use because we were afraid to load not knowing if it could be fixed. Being charged the full rate for something I couldn't use is just not right!

The site itself seemed secure and clean. We did after hours drop off. There is no good place to leave a 26ft truck. We ended up leaving it in the main parking lot. I will say the online check-in process was super simple and pretty quick.

Return service was horrible. They rented me a truck that smelled so bad like urine. When I returned it I was waiting for the office to open an employee came out and asked what did I need after I told him he stated "it's been smelling for months we don't charge for cleaning " With COVID-19 every truck should be cleaned.

Established times should be kept. Closing time is listed at 5:00 but I was told it would be 4:30 and then I went to turn in our truck and the office had closed at 4:00.

There was a issue with the key. It was hard to turn the key so there were a couple of times where I didn't think I would be able to start the truck. When I returned the truck and reported the issue I found out that the employee knew about the problem but didn't tell me. Knowing would have been a big help and would have helped relieve some stress.

My trunk keeping flashing that it need an oil change. The Uhaul website stated that this location had 24/7 self-service but it didn't. Lucky, I was smart to arrive early to question it before they closed. There is a rental rate of $19.99 on my bill which I understand, but what I don't understand is the additional 39.90 rental charge. Is that hidden fee for using there vehicle? I wish the rep told me when returning the truck after hours, verify your vehicle via Uhaul/share. Didn't know I had to until I was charged and the saw the note on the contract. The website said I had 2 sites to rent a trunk, but site stated they don't and Uhual has them falsely listed as a provider. Lucky, the other site was close by.

Nothing was ready for me, it took over an hour just to get to the truck because it was still in the gated return area,I had to wait on hold with customer service for 45mins just to get the gate open, I had to track down my own dollies, my moving blankets paid for were nowhere to be found. The one hour delay cost me more money then the actual truck rental due to all the labor I had sitting waiting for the truck..
