So I had a problem text said that truck had to be back by 3 pm. But I clearly said that I needed it for 24 hours. I tried to call the number listed for the local location but I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help. Went in and was told I should have called the office number. But I was never told there was an office number. That information was not available. Terrible experience. Ended up returning the truck after 20 minutes. Was offered no refund or help on site either. Horrible.

Well my overall experience with the truck share program was awesome. But in the contract I read that if I didn’t use the mileage that I estimated then there would be no refund. Now same can go true if you go over that mileage. But instead you charged for it and don’t see how that is far to the consumer. Cause either way we are out money. Kinda seems like a money scam when comes to mileage.

The location was fine but the truck was terrible. Also, I have declined your SafeMove twice, once when I put in the reservation and again when I picked up the truck and you still billed me for it.

The truck we rented was nice and clean but there was previous damage. A very small gouge in the inside the cargo area on the left side wall I didn't know about until I opened the loading door. I was not shown the inside cargo area the day I picked up the truck. Otherwise the truck and my experience was excellent.

The company I was supposed to pick the truck up from had to close before I got there so I had to figure out how to get the truck. There weren’t any instructions or signs that showed the mobile pickup process. I think that would have saved me some frustration and time as it took me 25 minutes to figure it out on my own. The U-Haul help center was very quick to respond and very helpful when I tried the live chat option. Being it was my first time doing a mobile pickup, instructions would have helped tremendously. Otherwise, the mobile pickup and drop off was awesome!!

Make sure your sun visors are in proper working order. Mine was broke and a major driving distraction as it would only rest in middle of windshield directly in drivers view . The snap bar and the locking bracket were destroyed on the head liner and there was nothing to secure the visor. Also the interior of the cab was disgusting top of dash and floor. I cleaned these things myself so we didnt have to breath in all the filth. WOW if I was uhaul I would be embarrassed. But we did get the job done and thanks for that great price, excallent running vehical, very wonderfully office exsperiance, and will always be a return user.

The truck that I rented was too small for what was doing. I had to make two trips to move my household... stressful is an understatement Thankfully my trip was only 90 miles... I was way under sold.
