I was dropping off on a weekend and the gate was locked, so I had to figure out where to leave the truck that was safe and out of the way. There should be clear instructions on where to park the truck on weekends when you can't get into the parking area, or don't accept mobile drop off at this location. I had to call and the person who helped me on the phone, Claudia, was VERY helpful. Followed up with me the next day to confirm my drop off had gone well even though there were issues with checkout.
Andrea BruhnkeThe internet inventory is incorrect, there was no promised phone call to the Jacobs Avenue location, and they weren’t familiar with the address for Jacobs Avenue vs the 2nd st location, which is an auto body shop and not the Jacobs Avenue hub. So I ended up wasting gas, mileage and time going to the 2nd st location.
Sarah MookWe were given a truck with not a full tank of gas and was returned with a full tank. Uhaul will not reimburse us. Also, if you plan to return the truck earlier, you will not be reimbursed for that as well. We returned the truck 3 days early and customer service states they do not do that for 1 way. When we dropped off the truck we were told Uhaul would reimburse us for early drop off and gas. Customer service was rude and lie to their customers and would never recommend them to anyone.

Meka HuntWe were told that our equipment would be ready to pick up but then we're treated poorly when we were informed we would have to drive to another town to pick up the tow dolly.
matthew osterhoudtThe original drop off location would not accept the trailer even though I had called ahead the day before. But they called the alternative drop off and got them ready.
Richard CameraAlthough they assisted me to get my car on the tow dolly, it was not put on very straight and I had someone else help me get it straighter. They also suggested that I have my vehicle in Neutral during the towing, but this was not correct. I investigated further and since my front wheels were off the ground on a front wheel drive vehicle, this was not necessary/
