The man running the rentals was rude. I attempted to use the U-Haul app to check in, but still had to go into the office and was held up an additional 30 minutes (but still had to return truck at the same agreed upon time). Unfortunately, they seem to be the only U-Haul rental place in Fairview, so I can't not recommend it under those circumstances only. Truck was in great shape, and the experience returning it was fine. I think the guy was just having a bad morning.Amber D.

I reserved the trailer to pick up in the town near my house in Dickson. I made the reservation well in advance. I arrived at the location and discovered there was no trailer for me there and I had to go to a different location location in another town. When I got to the second location they were not well equipped with products needed for moving. When I masked I was referred to an auto parts store five miles away. I have been a long time customer of haul and this was not the usual level of service I am used to.Christopher L.

I rented the tow dolly with the intentions of towing my 2004 Toyota sienna from Nashville back to Buon Aqua Tennessee unbeknownst to me when I got ready to pick it up the dolly was not wide enough I called the dealer he told me I had a 41W so I spent I spent some three hours of my time and $50 and did not get to accomplish what I set out to do and that was to bring my Toyota back home my advice to anyone checked the with Of your vehicle before paying for a tow dolly Also the dealer knew exactly what I was pulling so he should've known whether or not that tow dolly 41 W. would have worked for me (Not a Good experience)larry R.

The getting the truck instructions need to be more precise. I told Adam the Uhaul rep who called me on Friday to change my pick up location where I was dropping off which was Centerville Affordable Storage where I have a storage unit. By the time I got ready to return the truck you had me down for East Hickman self storage that was at least 10 miles out of my way.Sharon F.

On my online reservation it said $20 for 12 moving blankets and after they charged me $50 for 6 moving blankets. We rented 24 blankets so the rental was more than I expected. The fuel gage was not working properly. It said it had half a tank but it took 27 gallons to fill it up. Ramp was messed up but they at least told us that part.Ethan S.

Tried to do the pickup at the Fairview location. They were supposed to be open until noon. When I arrived at 1128, the place was locked and nobody was available. I was able to get a one way rental from Huntsville, but it cost more than twice what it would have been had the Fairview store been open. Disappointed in my local facility.Eileen J.
This was a great place to rent u-haul trucks.Missie G.
The truck was clean itself and worked fine. I liked that it had really good gas mileage. However, the key ignition is in desperate need of being fixed. You have to giggle it violently and awkwardly for it to finally start. There were times I was honestly afraid I was stuck where I was because it was so difficult for it to start. I didn't want to stop anywhere in fear that I might not being able to start it again. The location itself was close to my house but the customer service was pitiful. The shop is disgusting and while Stephans did get me my UHaul quickly he made a big deal of making me feel like absolute crap every time I talked. He's extremely impatient and his version of just telling you something is barking a command at you. Will never be using this location again and will be avoiding using UHaul.kathleen P.
