your UHaul traffic department and online customer service is awful! everytime i called it was at least a 30 min wait, and when i tried to chat online, no one responded.

My original reservation was made at 6200 W 10th St, Greeley, CO and 2 days before my rental date I was switched to 2985 W 29th St, Ste C, Greeley. I arrived at 8:05 for an 8:00 AM pickup to find the doors locked and a sign stating they were closed 3/26 - 3/28/21. I called U-Haul and was told there was a mistake and I could go pickup my rental at the 1527 2nd Ave location. It was 8:30 by the time I arrived at the location and it did not open until 9:00. I waited while the truck was cleaned and left with the truck at 9:30. The switching locations added 9.5 miles each way for me (19 miles total) and put me 1.5 hours behind. I do not understand how your website can tell me that you have available rentals at a location and then change it at the last minute to a location farther away while charging $1.09/mile. Add to this the jerking me around on the day of my rental by moving my pickup location to a store that is not even open and forcing me to drive to the opposite side of town that I need to move. I believe you owe me $1.09/mile * 19 miles = $20.17 refunded based on unplanned mileage caused by your company. I will just suck up the time your company made me lose. If I do not get a response to this review I will never use your company again.

The light in the back of the truck did not work at all no matter what I tried so that was difficult during the night. The lock on the back didn't work well had to really mess with it even after I sprayed wd-40on it it was still rough and felt like it was packed with dirt and sand but if I worked at it for a bit I could get it to work but not push all the way down to lock but that was not a problem for me since it was not necessary for me to use it. Everything else was just fine. Great gas milage, heater worked, seats comfortable and drive fine once I realized everytime I started the truck I had to push the button on the tow system to shut off which caused the truck to rap really high before shifting and struggled getting going bblut once I figured out how to shut that off it ran very wonderful and was nice it handled well and didn't bounce around and shake my stuff out of order while driving and I had to go on dirt roads and back roads not maintained well and everything was intact in order and not broke. Very pleased with my rental will recommend and rent again. By far the best truck rental company ever.

The location was fine, but it was very frustrating that the first location never reserved a truck for us so we had to go to this location. U-haul said they would give us a $50 credit for this and we still haven't seen it, but they made sure to charge our card.

No customer service available to help out with rental, picking up or dropping off vehicle, when I called for assistance the employee was pretty snotty and rude at first as well. Also the rental truck was clean but it did smell like mildew or stale water.

The lock box for the key was almost impossible to open, especially when I picked up the truck. The office was closed, and directed me to call an incorrect number on the sign on the door. It took over 45 minutes, 3 phone calls and finally someone showed up who magically could open the lock. It took 25 minutes of manipulation to get the lock to open.

Your associate was the worse I have ever seen. You need to tell her the customer is always right, especially in her business. I had a mask, but no gloves, never had to ware gloves before. She missed spots on the truck. Could go on and on. I have used u-haul many of times if you check my records never had any problems before. I had 10 blankets ordered and never received them.

The woman we worked with was very nice and helpful. Our original reservation with uhaul didn't go through on their end and they had us pick up a truck at a closed location. Super frustrating! This was a huge inconvenience since we were moving. Sterling Hastings was great- it was just frustrating working with uhaul to pick up a truck.

This does not appear to be a real uhaul dealerships. Parking is on the street and the office is across the street. This is not their primary business and, as a secondary it received that kind of attention. Even the personal appearance of the contact person left much to be desired

I rented the truck and booked movers from uhaul website. The movers never showed up. It took extra time to rent truck because having trouble with taking payments. I got out later than requested time. Place to return truck was closing before I returned truck. They closed st 2pm. I get a call at 3:30 (original return time) asking where the truck is and that someone is waiting for truck. I assumed because I got out late I had the 6 hours I originally ordered truck for. I was still hoping to hear from movers. Finally hear from movers after repeated calls that they were returning from vacation and thought they had blocked the day off and blamed the website. They said they would call me in 45 minutes....of course never did. So woman telling me I needded to return truck right away or I would be charged for customers waiting on truck inconvenience. When I asked how much she said she would have to ask the regional manager and get back to me. Of course heard nothing. I raced to get truck back, top off gas tank even only drove 5 miles only to find no one at the rental place and no one answered phone because it was 4 pm and they closed at 1. Needless to say I will not rent from uhaul after this move is over.

The location was great. However, U-haul overall was terrible. We made an order online only to show up and find out that our requested equipment was not there. We ended up having to spend almost 1.5 hours trying to find everything we needed at other locations.

They did not put the hand dolly in the truck costing me money and time. The whole reason I did the mobile app pickup was to get started early. Moving is never easy and I had help for a limited time frame that was blown out of the window. I am very pissed off. Getting a simple reservation done accurately seems beyond U-Haul's ability. The mobile app sucks. The whole experience sucked.

I notified the woman at the office of this "contractor" that I had exceeded my alotted mileage allowance but she indicated that U-Haul would just bill me. I calculated my overage at a cost of $186 at $.40 a mile. I believe I have been overbilled by at least $40. I also left the vehicle with more gas in the tank than when I picked it up in Kennewick.

The customer service here is non existent. I booked a 26 foot truck and was downgraded to a 20 foot truck without being told. When I raised this concern I was told by the u hail people that I had to call the 1-800 number to try and fix it. They then told me that 4 other people wanted a 26' that day that were going to get the same news I did when they showed up, as if this is a normal thing and not their problem. Then, after raising the issue I was offered a 5x8 trailer "because it gives me an extra 2 feet". I had to explain to them that even though the trailer is 2 feet longer it is more narrow and not as tall as the truck and there fore less cubic space. They didn't care and just told me it was the only option. Because I was moving 1300 miles away and had to be out of my house that day they in fact we're right and they new I was out of options. Because of this poor service I ended up having to throw away our couch so we would have enough space for everything else and effectively coating more than the cost of the uhaul it's self... I would never ever recommend them or uhaul. Penske or Budget is more expensive but now I see why.

The truck floor was littered with broken glass and dirt. I was not told about a limit on the mileage on a one way rental. Nor was I told that if there was no one at the drop off location I'd have to use a smart phone to turn the truck in.
