The truck was very nice and affordable but location is so bad. It took me 40 minutes to get my truck and the guy don't give proper instructions on how to take back the truck. I tried returning it online and didn't take the picture of the dashboard so I was charged $20. when I realized I had returned the key without the picture I called and was assured I wasn't going to be charged extra. I processed a refund but not sure if it'll happen. Renting a budget truck last time I loved was a little bit pricier but saved me this huge headache. Will consider that option next time I need a truck.

This was not my dropoff location!! Not even close!! I rented a trailer for a cross town move near Greenville, SC, not TX!! I was overcharged by $2200 for their clerical error and they have yet to admit guilt! Horrible customer service!!

I availed in a very confusing and crowded location, no signs telling you where to park the trailer. Found a crowded lot pot hole broken concrete ect. Parked and when in to a office the lady was nice enough looked up my contract and ask where to park. It was the same lot, no one there i backed in the trailer and a man came out told me to move it. No assistant in finding a spot and/or disconnecting the trailer. The just left!

They were rude, didn't ever smile or say thank you. It took forever to get the Uhaul/paperwork done and it was an unpleasant experience. They didn't go over the terms with us either.

The truck was left with all kinds of trash in the back. I told the guy in the office and he did nothing. So I swept it out and left the blankets in the back like I had found them when I returned the truck. Then after I drove off I kept hearing a bottle rolling around and I look down to find it was a open bottle of bud light that was left in the truck with beer still left in the aluminum bottle with a cap on it. It was not that great of a experience and I’m shocked how uncaring the employee was.

AC did not work much of the trip yesterday as it flickered on and off and the truck was very dirty when we opened door

Employees showed up and unlocked the building at 9:00 AM My pickup time was at 9:00 AM, but it took them 30 minutes before they were ready to actually deal with the customers who had rented equipment.

The truck was not what I ordered on the phone but they told me AFTER I realized it was too big that they could take it back and I could just go elsewhere. I DID take it because I had people waiting BUT the floorboard of the truck [driver side] had so much dried mud on it my foot slid and I fell back into the seat and wrenched my back! I returned it on Monday - was there at 8:50 so wouldn't be charged for a 2nd day as I'd been told - he took me right away but my receipt indicated that I didn't check it in until 9:15 though they didn't charge me for being late. Just shoddy work. And the truck was parked in the far corner of the lot where it was so muddy I nearly got stuck just trying to back around other trucks [parked every direction all over the place] to get out of the place when I picked it up. I won't EVER go back there and I'm telling everyone I know about it so they won't go there either.

Furniture dolly we rented was not available. Instead, the utility dolly was offered to us for rent. I would've expected a free dolly rental to compensate for the fact that what we ordered was not available.

Truck had an issue with AC not blowing except behind the dash. I said that was ok, but they still sent me to a different location. But at the new location they did not have the size I wanted and was forced to take a 26' truck instead.

Absolutely the worst experience renting a UHaul trailer. Signed in online to "Save Time". Got there at 7:45 to pick up a reservation at 8:00. They didn't show up until 8:10. Took 20 minutes to get "through the process". I had movers waiting 15 minutes away at 8:30! I didn't get there until 8:50. Wasted 20 minutes of paid moving time. Also requested a dolly. It was NOT in the trailer however there were leftover moving blankets in it. Obviously, they didn't even open the door to look at the condition if the interior. Also the lot is mud. I have said "mud" all over my truck, inside and out. Not at ALL happy with this place. Disappointed that U-Haul even allows them to display the name.

When I arrived, they gave me the key to the wrong truck. Had I not checked the mileage of the truck against the contract, I would have been severely overcharged as I was paying a per mile fee. I had to go back inside and they finally gave me the key to the correct truck. Problem was that it was not parked in their lot but in a field surrounded by mud. The truck actually got stuck in the field and they had to come out a get the truck out. After 10 minutes and massive mud everywhere (including on me and the truck) , they finally got the truck out of the field. What a disaster! The lady inside actually thought it was funny when I complained and showed her mud all over me. Stay away from this place! They are terrible and a very poor representative of UHaul. Such a disappointment! You’ve been warned! Go somewhere else.

We went to this location since the APM electronics location was closed. The check in and check out both were quick and easy. I highly recommend this location for their awesome customer service

I should not be charged for an extra day. We dropped the trailer before 3pm on 6/23. We were told it was a 24 hour dropoff policy and the cameras would record the dropoff time. Please refund my card for the extra $30.80. I replied via email about this situation back in June but just now realized it was a noreply email address. Please check the details of the dropoff and let me know if you can refund

Location attendant bungled the Truck Share reservation so we had to wait an hour for the pick-up location to even open, then the truck wasn't ready so my wife had to wait an additional hour and a half for the attendant to finally get the filthy truck checked-out and the half of the moving tools we had pre-ordered that they actually had available. We ended up having to purchase a floor dolly from them and only got 2 dozen of the 4 dozen moving blankets we pre-ordered. Meanwhile I had to rush back to our old apartment to meet our movers and figure out how to make the best use of the hour of their time we didn't have a truck for them to put anything into.

Stoopid me left my phone at home. They let me use theirs to call a taxi. Note this was not my original drop-off point but the one I was instructed to use as an alternate by the site on the contract. Worked out ok.

Their were 8-10 people waiting in line for service, when I came in one fellow asked what I needed, I said to drop off and gratefully he said just drop it myself.

Everything wasn’t clear from the beginning. I didn’t even recieve my final receipt until I called them after I was charged an extra fee that I was no aware of
