DawnLaRaye KWhen I arrived the man to return the vehicle, the man said I didn’t have a vehicle rented out there and that I must be giving him the wrong name. I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I received it and the man still charged me for 2 gallons of gas. He also accused me of returning the vehicle late when I actually returned the vehicle an hour and a half earlier than my 6 hour rental. Terrible, terrible customer service and terrible experience. Will never rent from this place again.
Rene FI would go back there for all my rent needs .. the lady that helped me was great . very fast to get in and out and she knew what truck was best for my needs .she knew what size had the ramp and . gave me a price that was just about perfect when I bring the truck back she had the price so close to my miles .. I like going to such a honest place and She was very nice and always had a smile as we was helped..
Ted VWe rent several trucks a month for our business deliveries and they are NEVER cleaned. The last one we rented had a discarded half eaten pizza in the back and the dashboard was covered with food crumbs and drips from beverages. And it STUNK! We had to thoroughly clean and disinfect the back before we loaded our merchandise.

David OSTOCKTON CA. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD GOOD SERVICE! HOWEVER, WE ORIGINALLY RENTED IN MANTECA CA. OFF OF SOUTH MAIN STREET. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY GAVE US A TRUCK WITH A BROKEN WINDOW AND A MISSING MIRROR. NOBODY CHECKED THE TRUCK BEFORE WE ARRIVED! SO, WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR RENTAL AND RENT A TRUCK IN STOCKTON. MANTECA DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE 15 FT TRUCKS. MANTECA WAISTED OUR VALUABLE TIME AS WE WERE ON A TIME SCHEDULE AND WE FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR IT. IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE TRUCK BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND THEY DIDN'T WHICH CAUSED A MESS. WE THOUGHT IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WAITED AT LEAST 30 MINS OR MORE. WE WERE LUCKY STOCKTON CA. HAD ANOTHER 15FT. TRUCK BECAUSE IF THEY DIDN'T THEN WHAT? WHEN WE DROPPED THE 15 FT. TRUCK OFF IN OAKLEY CA. WE WAITED AT LEAST ANOTHER 30 MINS. OR MORE BECAUSE THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND HE COULDN'T GIVE US A RECEIPT RIGHT AWAY. THE GUY DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WE ORIGINALLY CHECKED OUT A DOZEN OF TOWELS FROM MANTECA CA. BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED IN STOCKTON THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOWELS SO WE RECEIVED A CREDIT. SO, OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS NOT GOOD!

Ruben LUhaul needs to make sure they put a dolly in the truck especially when you paid for it. They should have the truck ready to go with a dolly. I had no dolly thanks to the uhaul team. I was too far to go back and get one..

PHILLIP WI got the wrong equipment due to an error/ mistake when reserving a truck online. I needed a ramp truck and instead reserved a truck with no ramp. I called to let them know after I had already arrived to my pick up location and they were so nice about it, told me to bring the truck back and they will reimburse me and set me up with the right truck I needed for the job. Great people with great service! I will only go to this location for my moving needs!!

robert hI had reserved an appliance dolly. When I got there, I was told that all of the dollies were "out". Maybe keep better track of what has already been reserved before offering to other customers?

coeen bThey charge me for insurance without asking do I need it or not. When I asked them why, the answer was-this is our new policy. If you not say that you don’t want insurance, we charge you automatically. Please pay attention to this when you rent something from this location

Ramona CStockton Secured Storage Facility is absolutely an awesome storage facility. I had my boat stored there and that storage facility is awesome. I had transferred my boat there from public storage on west lane because low lives kept stealing stuff from my boat and I wasn't able to sleep at night. Then I found this place. As soon as I spoke to Deanna I knew I brought my boat to a safe secured place. Deanna is an absolute sweet heart, wonderful human being. Everyone who works there is very nice, good people. The people that work there are high class and very nice people. The only reason why I took my boat out of there is because I bought a house with enough room to store my boat. I give this storage and everyone who works there 5 stars. for number one.
