When I book a truck at a specific location and I get confirmation, u-haul shouldn't change my location and charge me milage for the difference. Don't offer a specific size truck at specific location if it isn't available. Crappy business practices make me choose other companies first when possible.

Have the employees, including the manager, really work on their customer service skills. We did not feel valued, listened to, or appreciated. Based on that alone, we will go to a different location next time. I thought that was pretty good

The truck was for a 700 mile one war trip. I had blisters on my hands by the time I finally made it to my destination. The steering was horrendous and bounced all over the road and the transmission would gear down at any point in time. I was scared to death the entire trip. Why are these trucks, especially ones rented for long trips, maintained? The entire experience was horrific.

When I turned on the truck it was making extremely loud noises. The employee checked and found it damaged. This was a huge safety issue, but he did not seem very concerned or apologetic. He just gave me another van. After loading the van I happened to notice that the front tires were totally worn out. I called UHaul and they gave me conflicting information. When I went to location to have the car tow attached, I asked the guy to either replace the van or replace the tires. That was another safety issue. My wife and I were supposed to travel in that truck (with front tires that were 100% worn out), that is if I did not notice this safety issue. Likewise, if I did not know that the first truck was damaged, we would driven that truck across country and absolutely risked our lives. The guy boldly told me that it was my responsibility to verify that the tires and the van were okay before loading or picking it up. I totally disagree with this: doing the necessary safety checks is the full responsibility of UHaul, not the customer. I finally managed (on my own) to get Road Side assistance to come to my apartment and replace the tires. As for the UHaul employee, he did not even bother to attach the tow dolly. There was someone there who volunteered to help. I really do not think this place should have a license to rent UHaul trucks. At some point, if the situation at that UHaul site remains without a major shakeup, sooner or later major safety issues will occur and result in the company being blasted with a multi-million dollar law suit.

Although location owner eventually resolved a billing issue, it was aggravating to deal with. The box truck I rented ran good, but was dirty. The windshield had so many insects on it, I could barely see well enough to get to a service station. This was a rare experience, as I have previously used U-haul for my moving needs.

When I brought the truck back the gentleman who worked there was busy with another customer and told me it would be a while before he could help me with turning the truck in. Being disabled myself i wasnt willing to stand around. The gentleman told me he would do the truck later. I told him i had put the proper amount of gas in the truck. He smiled and said tthats ok. At this point iam hoping the guy is honest. Here is another point that U-Haul should observe. When a customer does not bring the truck back with the proper amount of gas in the tank U-Haul charges a fee for that. That's okay but they never fill the truck up. Makes everybody look like they're greedy. I don't like renting trucks that don't have full tanks of gas in them. I went to another U-Haul dealer out in Gresham the big one out there on Hogan a while back and when I return the truck they were going to charge me that fee for not filling up the tank and I went round and round with them about that saying that when we picked it up it had a different mark on the tank than they had put on the contract thank God the person that help me check the truck out had Marked down on the contract itself. The problem was everybody else in the shop had no clue what was going on. That makes the experience for the customer a bad one. I'm glad I found this other dealer on 193rd and Division it was a way better experience. And for shitz and giggles I used to be a U-Haul dealer back in the 90s. So I know how it works

My debit card was charged 2 times. One was for 82 dollars and one was for 75 dollars and I only rented a car dolly for the day it should of been 45 dollars and 8 dollars for insurance and as of 6/16/20 at 1:38 pm haven't herd nothing and no money was returned to my card

Stone Depot provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. The U Haul Self drop off via website did not work. It claimed it could not locate my phone to verify location. My location is on for my phone (Android). It did not locate my husband's iPhone either. So we had to pay for the $20 charge. Please correct website for future customers. They will appreciate it. Thank you

Upon pulling onto the property, I immideatley went to the appropriate area to drop my trailer and before I put the vehicle in reverse, a employee was out there directing us where to drop and assisted with disconnecting the trailer. After walking inside the office, they were ready for us to complete the rental process. Excellent service and attentiveness.

The guy at the desk was working two jobs and doing neither very well. This business needs to focus either on landscaping supplies or U-Haul-as they have difficulties doing both.

Marcus at this location was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I had been mislead by another uhaul employee at another location, Marcus was patient and understanding when I was quite frustrated. I'll be going to this location for now on for my hauling needs.

Tail light wasn't working on tow dolly , my husband had to fix it because the guy at rental place wanted us to just go to other locations (not close) but we could not because we had another car I was driving.

Customer service was bad, the workers were all over the place talking to other people in the middle of their business with me, never greeted me, didn't direct me, they would just leave the office while I'm still in there waiting for information on what's going on. When it was time to pay they couldn't run my card and made me go to the bank to take out cash and travel all the way back to pay them bc they couldn't figure it out and I received zero compensation.

Everything was great! I was really impressed with Marcus and his level of customer service. When we arrived to pick up the rental there were 3 customers ahead of us, then 2 more came in after us. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he did it all with a smile and a friendly attitude. I'm sure I'm not the only one he made feel like a valued customer. Kudo's to Marcus!

The guys at this location were awesome. The straps on my transport had seen better days, but they were definitely still serviceable. Only thing I would change is to make the added steps of taking pictures of your license more known. I got a text and an email regarding check in. But it didn't mention anything about license pictures. I'm not the only one either. There was quite a line behind me, and nobody had a clue about the pictures. I don't like relying on technology. but I understand why people do it. When it works right, it simplifies life. Just my two cents. I really think more people would use the technology to make it easier/faster if "check in" was explained a little better

The site is surrounded by a 6ft fence with limited hours and they do not accept after hours returns which really freaking sucks

It was difficult to find this location and their primary business is landscaping and rocks. The Uhaul rental thing is a side hustle. The staff at this location was helpful and attached the trailer to my vehicle, but clearly was distracted by the landscaping responsibilities.

I felt ripped off and a victim of false advertising. Taxes were never listed when I booked the UHaul. The side of the UHaul advertises 19.95. The truth is that even if I sat on an uninsured Uhaul in the parking lot for 4 hours it still would have cost me almost $40. I will likely never use Uhaul again.

staff was great. the truck was loud. back door banged noise the whole time. guy on phone gave me incorrect info. said it sat 3. only sat 2. 1 person had to sit on floor. thought he told me 10 cents a mile but it was really 79. but staff on site was great. even thou the uhaul computer wasn't working and he had to use his personal phone to do the rental
