The fellow was rude, and when I told him that last weekend when I returned a trailer and I was charged for an extra day, he was very rude to me saying he didn't know he just got off holidays. Just a bad experience. I will drive anywhere else to return so I don't have to go back there again.

The customer service rep didn't call The franchise operator at the anola location to let him know I was arriving at a certain time. The lack of signage/ operation hours for directions to begin the rental process was lacking at the pickup location. Operator was surprised at my arrival regarding the booking.

I booked over 3 weeks in advance and yet I was sent out of the city to Anola Manitoba to pick up my trailer. Very poor maintenance on the trailer, belts were badly fray, no brake fluid in the reservoir. Had to take the trailer back into the city and have it repair at a different location since the one in Anola does not repair equipment. I was promised two free days for all the inconvenience. When my visa statement came in the mail I was charged twice for the rental. Eventually one of the charges was removed but U-Haul has not refunded my for the two free days I was promised. I was dealing with Adam Boughton the customer service manager and he won't return my calls or e-mails. Do your job Adam, ignoring me won't make your responsibilities go away. Extremely bad experience, never use them again
