They double charged me and didn't say anything. When I call to speak to someone they don't answer. I did not put 10 miles on the truck and yet still put 2 gallons of gas before returning it. Yet they charged me for an additional 3 gallons 3 days after returning it. How did I use 5 gallons traveling 9.3 miles. Never using this place again. Will be making a trip into the store and raising hell about this.vance A.
This location was fine but the first location I wentTwo said that U-Haul or someone at U-Haul canceled my 26 foot truck and gave it to somebody else. So when I showed up to rent my truck it was gone. Luckily they called U-Haul and were able to get me a 26 foot truck about 7 miles away and Odessa but seeing as how it was rush-hour it took me 35 minutes to get there in another 25 minutes to get home so it was inconvenient to say the least.Hugh B.

The truck cabin was dirty and the truck had a check engine light on. There was also concerning noises coming from the engine while accelerating.Michael R.

I was aware that there was a per-mile charge but I never saw how much it was until the final invoice. I drove it 25 miles and the mileage charge (about $29) was bigger than the daily rental charge of $19.95. I was surprised at that with a relatively small number of miles.lawrence G.
The U-Haul personnel instructed me to unload and carry blankets and hand truck from the truck, across the parking lot navigating thru store customers and parked cars and then place them in the rear of the store. U-Haul representative also would not accept any of my unused U-Haul packaging materials (new un-opened U-Haul tape, unopened bundle of medium boxes, etc). I would rather drive farther to use another U-Haul location.ROBERT H.

Lady was not too friendly, unable to lift equipment. The light fuse was broken on the trailer and she did not check it before we arrived. The trailer was filthy dirty Ruined my clothes.ROBERT L.

Furious that my original rental location was less than 1 mile from my house. When I arrived, they told me it changed and that I should have received a text (I DID NOT). Then had to drive about 8-10 miles further which means I paid about $20 EXTRA for mileage. That is NOT a good program. Make sure that you have trucks at locations. Huge inconvenience and cost. Windshield was dirty. Bugs all over the front end. TIRES NEEDED AIR before I even left. Your online check-in wouldn't work and all my location settings were on properly. The original place I booked the truck ended up not having it, and the other place wouldn't let me pick up the truck until 10:00am. I needed it at 7:00am. This was a nightmare.George C.
I had to do all the work at pick up!! Including the computer stuff because your employee couldn't even see the screen! It took me an hour and a half to get out of the store that should've taken me five minutes! Also was told the miles were unlimited and they weren't and the gas gauge I brought back with more than a quarter tank and they charged me money! Terrible experience I will never use U-Haul again if I can help it!RICH O.
the truck was filthy, it took 45 minutes to complete and finalize the process just to get the key, then you have to try the key on every truck that size to find the one you are renting. Horrible experience, then got charged extra on the bill. I will never #%$^#@$$# again.Jerome H.

All was done on line. The app was a little slow but overall a good experience. I left something in the truck and returned later that day. The woman in the store was kind and gave me the key back to retrieve it. So I'm thankful for that.Scot W.
Came in for a last minute rental and although i was unable to get the size truck i needed. The representative did everything she could to make sure i left the facility with a rental. They even made changes to my rental agreement after i had left. Changed my rental from returning to same location to a one way rental. Very accommodatingjoy C.

Not only was I given a truck covered in green mold, beat up and dirty on the inside; the owner didn't have a gclue what he was doing. Thankfully a Uhaul rep was there or I may never have gotten my truck. In addition, I am being charged for 6 additional days of use when i dropped the truck back off on the day I rented it. Horrible experience and I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again.Melanie S.
Check in was the worst I have ever had in the history of me using your company the guy that checked me in had problem using the computer And was extremely slow. I had to tell him I was going to check in online because he couldn't do it. He didn't come out with me, there was 2 dollies in the truck already and he gave me two more. Check in was a disaster. Returning the thrice was much easier the lady that took my truck was very nice and asked me the right questions and made it seamless.Joseph B.
