Review the quality control of the truck equipment repair. It's very unnerving to the renter when the truck starts to shake and jitter draft at 65 mph on the highway.

AJA MThis was my preferred location for pickup/drop off, but for some reason the vehicle was not delivered there and I I was not notified. The employee there found she had a truck available at that location and was able to switch the reservation. Turned a bad review into a good one
Jim HThis is the 3rd location I went to. The first one was so rude I gave them their contract back and told them I would never come back and would tell everyone how rude they are. The second one did not have the size truck I needed but looked up where I could find one. Even reserved it for me. The were very nice. When I got to the Stop and Go store she was even pulling up the truck for me. She was so polite and explained everything. I will be returning to this store and tell everyone about her.

Khalilah pAir conditioning in the cab was inconsistent. It would work for a few minutes then not work for 5 minutes. Not good on a hot humid day!!!!
