Not much. Truck was clean. Found a drink container behind the seat but no worries, took it out 🙂 On site staff was excellent at pick up

All the box trucks should have ramps. There also wasn’t enough equipment for moving. I requested an appliance dolly and there wasn’t any. The representative offered a utility dolly, which wasn’t big enough
Ebony JThe truck I was given was extremely dirty and had a weird odor. The cup holders and seats were sticky and the floors were very dirty, as well as the box had not been cleaned from previous use.

And we had been transferred numerous times with various departments trying to get help with our reservation. We finally left after not getting the key and came back the next morning when we were given the correct box and code for the key. It seems like there were technical issues but also people issues.

DAVID DWe purchased furniture pads. Clerk gave me the key and said all was ready to go. I checked truck before leaving. No furniture pads. Went back inside. Clerk was unapologetic and informed me they had none. He saw my order, chose to never say a word and charge me for them anyway. I had to insist he remove the charge for the pads. Had to go up the road to another dealer. The man there was super helpful and we will be giving our future business to that second location.

Manuel MOverall the experience was good, the location is great and easy to find. I don't know how you deal with this, but I filled up extra gas in the process of filling the exact amount received in van. The issue was the fuel guauge taking a long time to move and show the exact amount I added at gas station, so in that process, I kept on filling thinking it still needs more and now the van has way more gas than I received. I'm guessing many customers do that as this happened with me for the 3rd time so I am hoping if you can revert those amounts back to my account as a credit or a gift card which I can re-use with your service in future.

Jeff RCharging 109 bucks for an hour late drop off when you want pics and it's dark outside is dumb. Also I didn't get a receipt in my email for the extra charge so it's really difficult to expense this to my company without it.
