I paid extra to have a dolly and did not even get one so maybe pay attention to what is supposed to be there I got charged a extra $7.00 for something I never got

The express online check-in did not work. I followed directions but when I attempted to take a photo of the mileage and gas gauges the process failed and I was returned to the start page. Overall I attempted it six times. Eventually had to call the 800-number and verbally check in. This kind of defeats the purpose of express online check-in and checkout.

I went to pick up my Uhaul based on the email I was sent I went to that location and he informed me my reservation was at the location on Cuyahoga falls ave. We drove there and no one was there nor did anyone answer the phone. We proceeded to go back to the original location and he gave us a truck that was not 3/4 filled. He did not seem to care that he had sent me on a wild goose chase to a location that was vacant. I would not return to Uhaul or recommend anyone rent for here. I have always had great service until this pass weekend. Not only did it take over an hour for us to get the truck but we lost help from friends that had to go to work because of the wild goose chase. I have been trying to call customer service and no one has answered my calls or called me back. This is sad!
