I made a reservation, arrived to pick up the equipment and it was not available and I had to depart that location and travel farther to get the vehicle I needed. This caused me to have to put more miles on the vehicle and pay more. Also I was supposed to have a 8:30 am pick up time and did not get the vehicle I needed at the new location until after 10:00 am delaying me. I would hope U-haul can compensate me for the excess mileage when my reservation clearly had me picking up closer to my residence. The new location discounted the vehilce $10 for the late pick up but this is not fair compensation for the delay and excess mileage.

I was charged 14.00 for the insurance coverage, never once was I asked if I wanted it. I have went to this location 3 times and every time except this visit, they asked me if I wanted it and I always declined. This previous time they did not ask me so I assumed it wouldn't effect me. I got the invoice sent to my email and I noticed it was charged onto the statement. I would like a refund of that money because I was never once asked if I wanted the insurance so therefore should of never been charged with something that I wasn't aware of nor did they say anything about the insurance coverage cost charge.
