James HSales clerk was excellent I was able to get in and out of there in minutes with no bs Downtown uhaul seemed to find a hundred ways to make transactions difficult. This was renting same type equipment a year ago Huge difference

patricia ENot an issue with where I picked up but having to drive 2 hours extra to pick up the trailer wasn’t what I wanted to do.
Tyler GI was supposed to pick the trailer up in Reno and I wanted a bigger trailer. I was told I could not get bigger trailer and at the last minute (the night before I was to pick up the trailer) Haul called me and told me I would have to drive to Fallon 249 MILES OUT OF MY WAY to pick up the trailer. I AM NOT A HAPPY GUT!!!

William JThe trailer was broke and the guy wanted to give it to us anyways was very hesitant on trying to solve our problem in the end our problem to get solved we did get a different trailer but overall very unhappy about the service we got it late like three hours late and we returned it later on the next day due to weather and the guy actually called my cell phone and wanted to know if I was going to return it as all he cared about was the trailer being returned. I move a lot due to my job and I rent U-Haul‘s a lot and I’ve never ran into this problem before very I’m satisfied

Kevin MIt would have been nice to call the location direct. I had to go out of my way to find out what equipment they had on site and if I could rent it quickly. I tried phoning, but received someone that couldn't really help me. Because of this, I'll be hesitant to use Uhaul for my next trip to the auctioneers in June.

Melody WWell first truck I rented the back door wouldn’t go down due to the cable above winded.Took many hours till roadside assistance called me back.Roadside assistance wasn’t able to come out till 6 hours later so I had to put my move till the next day. Switched uhaul truck next day and everything went awesome after that.But I do appreciate the uhaul tho it’s very busy and they do try. Much Mahalo fallon uhaul(thank you)

Patsy BDevelop better system for moving equipment, long distance, from one site to another. I wanted a Tow Dolly and had reservation for one but it was never turned in as scheduled. Stor All Of Fallon provided the only Auto Hauler they had at the Dolly rate, Great Customer relations.
