I picked up a 5x8 covered trailer on 29 March. The computer system was acting up that day, so the lady had to fill out a paper contract. Not a huge inconvenience, but was an additional 15+min there. *fast forward one hour* My wife and I are at the hotel 10miles away when I received a call from Stor n Stuff. Turns out that she forgot to give me back my driver's license after photocopying it....and I forgot to ask for it. We laughed and I told her I would be there in 20min to pick it up. Putting my shoes on, about ready to grab my truck keys.....and they call me again. Told me not to come, the manager was bringing my license to me at the hotel. THAT is customer service! That reminded me that there are still good people out there.
Christopher CConnie was great to work with. She made sure I had the truck when needed. And was accommodating on the return.
Tim SCouldn’t have had a better experience. Nice and informative lady checking me out and in. Super easy process. The size of truck I ordered was not available so they upgraded me to the larger truck for the same price, which was perfect for me.

MICHAEL SYour on line check is one of the worst web site I have ever used. It took 2 different agents to try to help me get checked in. The first agent just could not figure it out and sent me to an agent above her. That agent above her was sort of rude and made us fill like we’re morons. After 1 hour and several attempts and dollars later for the people that were standing around the agent finally got us on our way. She also said she would escalate this for compensation for all the issues, we will see if anything happens without me having to contact U-haul.

Robert TI had to drive 40 miles through driving rain to pick up my rental truck. I requested and paid for blankets but never got them. They used to make sure the gas tank was full when you picked them up and returned them not any more, there was only 3/8 of a tank when I got it so I had to get gas just to drive the 40 miles back home.

robert gWhen picked up the oil light came on. The truck had to have 3 quarts oil put in it. I had to call them and make sure if any problems we would not be held responsible. They told me they knew it needed servicing but had not been able to get it done.

jerry gUnexpected cost and no receipt via email as told. Estimated cost was 42$. Uhaul estimated mileage was 10. We drive 10-12 miles in total. Gas gauge was at a quarter and we brought it back at a quarter and have pictures to prove it. Vehicle was swept out by my husband prior to returning and vehicle was promptly returned at 430pm to following day. Rented on 8/30 and returned on 8/31. The woman at the desk was very busy and no one did a walk around with us but said they would email us a receipt of charges and nothing has arrived except for a charge on my card for over double the estimated amount which is bullshit. I will never rent from here again. Quite frankly I would like a refund for the overcharge. It is not right to overcharge when things were done correctly!
