No complaints about my service, the associate was very helpful. But a $19 van rental that I used for less than an hour wound up costing $45. Next time I need a van, I'll rent it from Home Depot.

I wish I would have been told that the next day was a holiday and this location was closed. I did drop the truck off the next day and put the keys and contract with a note inside the mailbox. Other than this the whole rental experience went smoothly

The mobile instructions for picking up the truck we're great but but for checking out I did not see where I said to drop the key in the slot. Overall I thought it worked well.

The vehicle did have an issue. Sometimes when you started the engine it would be in an extremely high idle that would not slow down. If you put the truck in drive, it would go shooting ahead. Even with strong pressure on the brake you could not stop it. I almost went through a house before I could get it stopped. Other times it would idle normally, and putting it in drive was fine. I would seriously have someone look at this, as the issue occurred three times.

The mobile check in for my uhaul was time consuming, confusing and frustrating. Trying to "make things easier" is not always what is best.

The contract I took out was for a 29.99 priced uhaul, I signed up for $14.00 safe move and drove 27 miles and filled it up and swept it out upon returning it. The spot I was told to park it was taken by another uhaul. Why was I charged 197???? Absolutely robery!!!!

The manager lives at the location- I think. He wants you to drive up and honk the horn until he comes down to unlock the door- which is always locked. Not helpful. Makes you step out of the office and locks the door behind you when he goes to look at the trucks- all while talking about how people steal the trucks and information from the office. Since he's also double checking your information and locking you out, it seems a lot more than an accusation than “protocol.” The uhaul location up the road is better stocked, faster service and more professional. I'll never be going to this location again. I'm amazed that is how this location is allowed to continue.

I could not find the drop box that I needed to return the keys to. I left the keys inside the truck where I found them it was not convenient late at night in the rain.

Online rental system is terrible. Waited an extra hour in the rain because the system couldn't process a dolly rental. Dolly was busted and covered in dirt/grease. Called U-haul to return and was told to leave the keys in the truck and lock the door then had the rental location call and complain that I had followed U-haul reps directions. I will pay double to another company before I allow U-haul's low quality and disorganization to ruin anything else ever again.

Be more honest in your advertising regarding the true cost of renting your vehicles. The $29.99 charge per day cost me $145.00. I returned it with more gas than it had when I rented it.

I'm not sure there is much room for improvement from the people at Stark Store Room. They are always ready to provide top shelf service for their customers, whether it's renting a U-haul, or anything else. They are just great people to deal with. The world could use more great people like this !!

Not bait and switch the customer. I have an extra 330.00 charged to my bank card without any explanation. Talking to my bank to deny that charge. Will never rent from Uhaul again. Will look at Penske or Enterprise rentals.

When I rented the truck, it was not suggested to me that I download the UHaul app for an easier return. That would have been helpful, as I had already locked the truck and dropped the keys in the slot when I saw the little sign about the app. Other than that, all went well!

U-Haul was a pain to deal with. I reserved my equipment online and even talked to a representative on the phone to ensure everything was correct. I was given the wrong pick up location. Get the right one and they had the wrong tow dolly. Finally had to go to a third location to get the right one. I was told I had the tow dolly until October 1st when my truck was due. I was charged for an extra day because U-Haul says it was due September 30th. Then I turn my truck in and was charged an extra day for it as well even so I turned the truck it at the location U-Haul asked me to on October 1st before 10 am when the truck wasn't even due until October 2nd. It's been nothing but run around lies and bullshit on U-Hauls end costing me time and money during a move that should have been easy. I WILL be posting publicly on Facebook all around the horrible experience and money stolen from me by your company. Get your act together and work on your communication skills. Because I rate them a negative 10 out of 10. I would expect this from a brand new company not you.

Uhaul did not inform me that I must arrange for pick up thru express check in, only that it was an option. The office doesn't open until 10am and the on site manager had to come down and check us in. All the while telling us it was her day off and she didn't have to do this but she was being nice.

This facility is fantastic. I've used both their storage facility and their truck rentals many times this year, and I've had a great service from both Kelli and Bob. So grateful for these guys! You should be proud to have them on your team.

Moving is stressful. When you finally reach your destination, the last thing you want to hear is; “you cant return the truck here and we can't rent you that one month free storage as promised.” We had to pay $200 for storage, return the truck at another location and get in touch with the movers to direct them to new storage. Also, an un-used tv box couldn't be returned. Never again!

Thought they got me pretty good on the cleaning fee - I swept it out and they said there was some mud still there. They said the cab was dirty and it sure as hell wasn't . I rent about 6 times a year and have never been charged a cleaning fee at all. It might have taken 10 minutes to hose it off - I will try Pensky next time I guess. I liked Kelly - she was helpful but I am not happy about 40.00 cleaning fee - it's winter you know?
