Outstanding service! I was warmly greeted by the friendliest, most courteous staff ever! Very knowledgeable, efficient and detailed. Explained everything without having to ask! The truck was exceptionally clean and the contract was accurate. Next time I need to rent there is no other place I would go. StorRight Self Storage in Enoch is SCOND-TO-NONE! Katie and her Crew are so amazing. Not only did they help us get into a storage unit but also had a UHAUL ready and waiting for us. Katie even helped us with getting a couch into our storage.
Casey DI originally rented the U-haul through Cullens Rentals. Thursday night I got a text moving my rental to Nosso Auto. They called me Friday and said they would email me a code for the lock box because they were closed Saturday when we were picking up our U-haul. I never received an email and didn't get a code. They wouldn't answer the phone and when we called the U-haul help line we were on hold for 45 minutes and transferred from one person to the next. Luckily we finally got our rental moved to StorRight and they had a truck like the one we had rented. It was VERY stressful and we were set back moving over 2 hours. This is extremely unprofessional and needs to be fixed for future people to rent U-hauls. Everyone's time is important and people rely on things to be available when they have reserved them and paid for them.

Jerry SThere was a double booking on my “guaranteed reservation”. I arrived at 9:00, as scheduled, and my truck wasn’t due to be returned until 11:00. The employee was kind enough to call the previous renter and made arrangements to have the truck in by 10:00. Because of the time-crunch, the truck was not clean when I picked it up. The driver side floor was muddy and the back was not swept out. Neither were a big deal, but affected my impression of the rental. Employee was friendly and helpful.

MARK CUHaul more than doubled their prices in the past fee months. This makes it tougher to use UHaul in the future, especially with so much competition.
