Next time a customer wants a pick up in Saskatoon and books several weeks in advance ensure there is a van in Saskatoon. The person came on a day off to sign out the van.

We had Ordered a 6x12 trailer. When we showed up there was no trailers available and ended up having to wait till later that evening to get a much smaller trailer which put us way behind schedule (we live about a half hour out of town and they never called to tell us it wasn’t there) The smaller trailer meant having to get rid of some furniture which will end up costing me several hundred dollars. I called U-Haul and there only solution was to pick up a trailer that was 2.5 hours away so it would have been a 5 hour round trip plus probably $150 in gas which wouldn’t work as I had to be back to my new job the next day ( but hey there customer service was going to give me 20% off which doesn’t even cover the extra gas). The previous week we had rented a 26 foot U-Haul and it was also unavailable when it came time to pick it up and we ended up having to drive over a hour away to get it but at least they had the decency to let us know the night before unlike this time. Needless to say U-Haul has completely dropped the ball and there service was crap at best. They over booked and left us scrambling last minute twice in 2 weeks. I would recommend that you prepare to be screwed over last minute and hope that you aren’t moving 8 hours away like us which pretty well leaves you with zero options when you do get screwed and you have to go donate hundreds of dollars of furniture to good will.

It was good but the uhaul stalled on me n felt like it was gonna break down and I also didn't get back the money that was supposed to be returned to my bank card today so I'm very upset about that

When I called a couple of days before to confirm they stated they had no correspondence from u haul yet and did not have a trailer at that time

Issues on the time I booked the truck, I had booked it for 9:00 am and did not get it until 4:30 pm. I booked the truck a month in advance and no-one contacted my other than the confirmation number. I called two days in advance to confirm the location for pick-up it was then that they informed me of the change.

Marty was absolutely wonderful. We had a misunderstanding in the distance of our trip and out of the kindness of his heart he looked after me. Highly recommend his business and recommend him over the other uhaul provider in Prince Albert. The other business I phoned for 2 hours and was busy. Had to go there and tell them their phone was off the hook.

There was no wiper fluid for the second time I used this vehicle, and a clean napkin I forgot in it last time was still there. The inside of windshield had swipe prints from someone wiping frost off inside windshield. Customer contact was ok.

Again sinage. It would be nice if they had a sign up high instead of just on the fence which was covered by the two trucks parked there.

Know the meaning of "Reservation". Do not accept orders/bookings/reservation if you do not have any available vehicle. There is something wrong with your system. You have to do something about it. I had the same problem with my friends who had received order confirmation even if you don't have available truck. Your online ordering or reservation system should know when to accept and not to accept booking. You are a moving company. You should know that moving is already stressful and you are there to help lessen the stress, not to add more stress! Who would book for reservation a month ahead and is okay to receive a notification 2days before that you don't have any truck for them?? Please do something about it! Yes you gave us 10ft truck instead of what we reserved which is 15ft but hey I had to sell my couch $700off the purchase price just because you did not give us what we booked for!

this wasn't me preferred location either. again you make me travel 120 away for no reason at all. again worst company ever. unfortunately the locations owner are not the one behind it they are just following what a rude and unprofessional company say and they never face the costumer.

Provide to them what they ask for. We asked for and booked a 20' truck 2 weeks ahead, and they supplied us a 10' one - so it cost us twice as much in time and in money, never mind the major inconvenience. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
