I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the manager to open the door. Then was told I could have just dropped the keys in the box. He asked me to move the truck and said don’t worry he would check it in. I received an additional charge because he checked it in the next day. Very poor customer service. He said he was a general manager for years and not to worry. This is the first time in a long time I did a one way move and it was not a good return experience plus I now have to prove when I dropped the truck off with the equipment inside which doesn’t even seen to be checked in yet. Very disappointing.

PETER MJerry was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Enjoyable experience all the way around. Traffic was terrible in every direction on my way back, I was about an hour late, they didn’t charge additional fee which was appreciated especially since I was doing a favor for a dear friend.

ROBERTO CManager was sitting in the office with the door locked so we could have lunch. Made me wait 20 minutes till he got done then wouldn’t give me a receipt was a real asshole. Then I see I got charged three dollars more for dropping off at a different location after I’ve been to one location that was already closed terrible business practice. You guys do have dealers that aren’t open..

Jason SI was told to walk into the locked gate to get my rental truck behind the locked gate. I could not start the truck and was looking for what I need to do to drive a truck for the first time. After five minutes I gave up. I walked back into the office. I was told my truck was at a different location. This time he was correct. If you can improve one putting a truck number matching the key, i would not waste my time identifying the right truck.

Thomas HThe online reservation was easy and quick. Left my gloves behind and called to checked if they found them and all I got was a messaging system for the owner. Called three of four times and left two messages. Day two and still no response from the owner or manager. Guess they chose to keep my gloves instead of calling me to come pick them up. Not good!

KEVIN MJerry the property manager is very kind and helpful. He made my experience a great one. Your system doesn’t let me upload the pre-inspection photos and required information. So I just take photos of every side/front and back of truck and mileage for my records. Check your braking system more often, my truck pulls to the right when brakes are applied.

Maria PProperty manager was extremely helpful. Pre-reserved vehicle not available but was able to supply a better option at the same rental price. Had an issue and called left message. We were able to resolve the issue but the property manager did return our call. Was happy to have the call returned. Thank you!

javier rTire monitoring service warning message ("Issue") continues to display on dashboard of rented vehicle since last rental on the 19th of Jan 2023. Store manager, Jerry, was notified about the Issue. He was aware of and has reported the Issue to corporate.

Brennan BOnline check-in experience was poor, however the female staff arrived early for work and was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Paul LOnline process easy. Store employee wasn’t very warm and didn’t seem super versed with information. I was not provided clear return instructions ( fill gas? Park where?). Otherwise easy rental and got the job done.
David PHard to see driveway turn and on busy street. No signage as where to go once pulled into drive. Personnel were nice.
