Arturo STricked me to pay $50 for parking the truck at wrong spot. They instructed me to park there when done… when I was done with it. I found two other trucks already parked there. I had no choice by parked it at different spot. Unacceptable! I want my 50 back now.

John CI had to wait an entire hour to pick up my vehicle, because the staff onsite did not place my key in the designated lock box. When the office employee arrived nearly 30 minutes later than the scheduled opening time of 9am, (At this point, an hour later than my scheduled pickup time of 8:30) NO apology or explanation was given as to why that happened, and no sense of urgency on the matter whatsoever. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone and will not use it again. Even when I returned the truck, instructions were to place the key back in the locked box, but the lock was not there. I ask this location to PLEASE review the automated instructions in the Uhaul system so that their customers can be successful. The location was not reachable by phone to even remedy the issue.
MARISSA DDolly wasn’t secured and it fell down. I put it back and got charged $7! Please be sure to keep it secured and not fall down so customer won’t be charged for not using it at all.

Richi KMinor gripes only for my rental purposes, but they may have a greater impact for others. Headlights on the truck I rented were a bit dim, would not recommend night-time driving. Acceleration felt a bit slow, even for a truck its size.

Candace YCustomer friendly, easy to locate the boxes for pick at the front door, and blue drop box is great to leave the keys in. I read they have limited parking and that's very true. Best thing is to get dropped off Uber, lift, or a friend. When I got dropped off I saw why they communicate that. Very convenient location.

brian lThe building number is not visible. The GPS stated, I have arrived but I was not sure if it was the right place because there was no indication that it was a u-haul depot. I left and restarted and the GPS took me to same place. The key drop off was also unmarked. Not sure it it was the right place to drop the truck key. I guess it was the right drop box since I didn’t hear back from u-haul.

April MThey called me, but I didn’t answer because I didn’t recognized the number, instead of that i called u-haul direct line because the number location said Buda, and the U-haul csr told me that the manager left me several massage because I didn’t returned the unit on 23rd, and he decide to report the unit stolen, this was a disrepectful way, I didn’t received any text or voicemail from storage landing, i’m pretty upset because of that, hopefuly u-haul solved the issue

VICTOR AThere was no drop box for key to be dropped off after hours even when calling to figure out where to drop the keys we were told that something should be there repectedly and they didnt believe us and manager even said he never had this issue before. They didn't even know either where to put the keys. Also I have rented before with uhaul and never had a issue. This was first time doing it through this place and wouldn't do it again.
EMMANUEL MCalled to make my reservation 3 days before I needed a 20 foot truck, and an utility dolly. Called again, TEN TIMES, the day before I reserved the truck to confirm my reservation, something the company should have done, and to add a furniture dolly. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told that not only did they not have the utility dolly that I needed, but that the 20 foot truck wasn’t there yet and would be delivered by 8 am on the day that I reserved to pick up the truck, by myself, at 9 am. I asked at the initial call, AND the call the day before I picked up the truck, about the pickup time, as the time listed as opening was 10 am. The woman told me “yes ma’am, we open at 9 am (not true). I have you down for a 20 foot truck, an appliance dolly, and a furniture dolly.” So I repeated it back to her, got the confirmation, then showed up at 9 am to a closed sign. Showed back up at 10 Am (when they opened) to the truck not checked in, the woman helping me didn’t have her cell phone to properly take my driver’s license info, and didn’t even drive off with the truck until 10:30, an hour and a half AFTER my reservation. Very dissatisfied. Will not be using this location again. I, at the very least, expected some kind of compensation and received nothing but an “I’m sorry for the miscommunication.” Mind you, the woman I talked to BOTH times was the manager of the store which makes this whole experience even more inexcusable.

Saundra TThe mileage and gas were WAY off. Like someone turned it in and nobody checked to verify the last renter. The lady at this location had just transfuse it was not her fault. She was actually very polite and helpful.

JOHN SDifficult to use the app/drop off but the person in the office was very friendly and helpful upon pick up.
KELSEY BTerrible cell coverage at the facility to do mobile phone pick up, (couldn't send the pics) and they wouldn't tell me the wifi or password so I could complete the transaction on my phone. Finally found it myself and was able to use their wifi and send the photos needed. The employee was very nice, but very new and was busy with another customer, and on the phone with her boss to help her. Also, your website told me this was the closest Uhaul location to where I was going, but there was a larger much closer location we passed on the way.
Maury MOnly reason I won’t recommend this place is because of the poor customer service received from Uhaul. Storage Landing should consider distancing themselves from Uhaul’s brand.
Ryan EArrived a few minutes before closing. Parking was overflowing with other customers returning their truck. Person working the office literally flip the closed sign as I was walking to the door. Tried to use the app to make the returning, but it was not working. I was charged an extra $20 for returning truck after hour and not doing the self checkout.
