George SThe trailer was stuck when I got there, had to run back home and get a jack to get it on my truck to pull it out of its stuck position. The lady that worked there was very nice and helpful.
Jason BI would recommend not having trucks, trailers and vehicle transports rented from this location as the personnel on duty are not trained on anything but renting storage units and selling packing material. Recently I rented a 26’ truck and was suppose to rent a vehicle transport but when I had loaded my Camry on the transport I couldn’t open the driver’s door. Had the on-duty person been trained that the driver side fender well of the transport was removable, I would have rented it but since they had no clue I had to offload my Camry and just rent the 26’ truck. If U-Haul is going to allow renters to drop trucks, trailers and transports at storage facilities, then all personnel should be trained on the equipment.

Kelly WThe vehicle was left out of the way on the parking lot and it’s stated that the vehicle was “abandoned” on the lot. I was charged for damage that we DID NOT do and for fuel. The truck was returned with the required fuel. I was asked if I had proof which I do not.

renee mHad issues with fraying on the straps of the tow dolly. Those frays got caught on the strap holder thing where they sit in and tighten down. The fraying balled up and got tangled in the strap holder and it took us an hour to get it free to get the car off the dolly. Other than that, it was ok. But we cut it close on time, and my almost 60 year old dad with heart, back and other problems, sat there and tried to get the balled up frays loose.
Sarah CI ordered the truck and dolly and pads for 730pm. Picked up the truck...NO DOLLY OR PADS. HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 9AM NEXT DAY AND TGE LADY SAID " NOT MY FAULT" . THEN WAS SENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO GET DOLLY AND PADS. 12 HOURS BEHIND AND HAD TO GET HOTEL BECAUSE OF Y'ALL. UNHAPPY AND PISSED.
Elizabeth GWe did not receive the appliance dolly that we reserved and paid for. It would have been great to have had it while moving but it’s okay. We would appreciate a refund for the cost though.

don rThe 5x8 trailer had two bald tires.
Brandon MIt had rained on the trip. When opening the back door there was water mixed with grease and from that dropped from the back door slides onto out light gray couch and stained it. Also noticed majority of our boxes we filthy, so I guess the floor of the truck was not at all clean. Was a late night of unloading, so did not notice the boxes being so filthy until the next day. The person at the pickup location was very friendly and this was an online pickup. So not sure who was responsible for the cleaning. Our family is extremely clean and now doing a bunch of cleanup after noticing all the dirty grim pulled into the house from the moving truck.

Ronnie AIf the equipment is not available that was requested/ reserved then the person making the reservation should be notified so other arrangements can be made. The truck had French fries in the floor and chewed sunflower seed hulls in the cup holders. I was sent from the pick-up location to the Bearksdale U-haul store to pick up the pads and utility dolly reserved. This store didn't have the dolly. No dolly's were available in today he Shreveport/Bossier area. This cost me $120.00 in labor sitting at the storage unit waiting to load as well as put me three hours behind schedule. No a good Uhaul experience .
Roger GEverything went great. Representatives were knowledgeable, courteous, and treated us fairly and in a very helpful friendly manner so that we were able to meet our deadlines timely. Many thanks and we will definitely use the same uhaul facilities next time needed.

ivory bThe representative was rude and seemed like I was inconveniencing her. She did however help lift the trailer onto the hitch once she realized I couldn’t do it myself. More notice should be given to the customer of the fact that there is no lever/jack or wheel to assist with heightening the trailer. This was problematic being that my dad has serious back problems. Uhaul went the cheap route in my opinion.

richard cMan took forever to check me in AND then would not come out to look at the truck with me because it was raining. I went back in and told him there was damage and he assured me it had all been documented and would be fine. - Then I had issues when I dropped it off and wanted my deposit back. The truck wouldn't go over 55 mph without shaking you to death, the bright lights did not work so i had to stop and stay at a hotel. VERY DANGEROUS and unprofessional

tTimothy TPlease make sure the Lady running the front is more informed or in her case INFORMED. She did not quote us the right price for the use of the vehicle. Could not give any info on exactly what we were being charged for as it was a far cry from what she quoted us. Could not give any info on insurance. No info on bundle deals.
Beth CPAT WAS LOVELY! SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY NICER BUT I HAD BEEN TOLD I HAD A 2 pm PICK UP TIME AND SHE HAD NO IDEA ANYONE HAD RESERVED TRAILER! TRAILER HAD ISSUES AND I HAD TO BUY A PLUG FOR LIGHTS AND WHAT A MESS! CHAINS WERE WAY WAY TOO LONG EVEN FOR SUBURBAN! BRAKE OIL CAP HAD BEEN TURNED BY WRENCH I GUESS AND COULD NOT BE OPENED! BUT I MAFE IT TO FLORIDA AND THE TRAILER WAS GREAT! IT TOWED VERY WELL!
